I feel I can be of great service here in offering a solution to the city's dilemma with this situation, and here it is:
Pretend this guy is a landlord, go get one of their crooked judges, act real stupid and mis-state the facts and misquote the law and BINGO......they will have a winning hand, just as they always do!

No, I don't believe he is a sissy. I think he just has had some prior medical issues...
Exactly... this dispute did not cause this officers heart failure, maybe the local donut shop should be charged with it.. If he would of went home to his wife and had an arguement most likely he would of had the heart attack at home..would they then of charged his wife with a crime? No..he definately had a condition coming on regardless of this fight.

3:37....shit I forgot all about that damn house causing so much stress in a persons life that it could actually cause heart failure.. Get the bulldozers out the city must get leveled!
