Once again the city is putting people into foreclosure and out of their home. You'll be sorry St. Paul! God is a republican and he's not going to look kindly at you at election time next November.

I really doubt God's a Republican. Why would these recent idiots get elected.

Also, wouldn't he just rain shit on Saint Paul since it's such a one party democrat stronghold?

He did "rain shit" on the city. There's a lot of trouble in the world and he's pretty busy right now, so he sent the landlords to do his work for him.

Rental Units

No body can afford to even pay, the starting rent on a apartment..
First mo., last mo. and damage deposit.
That is $1,700.00 - just to get a 1 bedroom apartment.
That is why we have so many homeless people, and family's on the streets.
Think what a 2 or 3 Bedroom apartment would cost, just to get in one.

Stop complaining and pay up. The city wants to drive up the costs of rents through over regulation, so be it. Landlords need the money,
