SHHHH! While we listen to words of wisdom from a wise man.
Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Make St.Paul the most livable city in the US, huh? Guess the mayor hasn't read the morning paper yet, Minnesota just took the number one spot in the US for jobless rates, how can we even think we might be the most livable?
Hi All,
I think it is great the Highland Aqua park is opening.
I am sure the Mayor will have fun hosting this event.
Schools out and this is a good thing for kids!
Hey Bob...isn't this in your neck of the woods? Why don't you trot on over there and see how many black kids or poor looking people you see the Mayor talking to?
I suspect this is PR for the Mayor. Already looking to the Mayoral race.
6:08 PM and 6:25 PM
Both sounds good.
Go down there Bob, and have some fun.
St.Paul Democrats need all the good press, it can get.
The Democratic Party, has to many "Skeleton's" in their closet.
The Big Law Makers,
Make The Biggest Law Breaker.
Look at Democratic State Senator Jim Metzen.
Remember a couple years back when everyone was using Senator Metzen's office for a "Party Room".
Chris Coleman was
one of the city-council people, that helped get things like the Bridges Development project going then he dropped out of the council, and the ethanol company at
The Old Schmidt Beer Company on West 7Th. Street in St.Paul.
Next thing you here is Chris was running for mayor of St.Paul,
does any body think he will run for the Minnesota Governors seat in 2010?
Politics is the most scary word said in Minnesota, election time is the next scary thing.
Minnesota could use at least 8 more people jobless, Chris Coleman and the 7 little city council.
If they become jobless and maybe homeless?
Wow - that would be Fun and the city would be more fit to live in.

Shut up Bill, you're boring us
2:47- its not the highest in the nation at about 4.6%. Its higher than the national average of 4.5%. Most states in the union have a higher rate than Minnesota. Republicans have run the state the last five years minus the last five months in the legislature. This is not the Democrats product.
Good job by the Mayor on doing this. I hope that if this is a kids event that people do not storm over and make it a very confrontational political event, you'll loose more support than you could gain. The Mayor has an office and public schedule where kids aren't around.
Eric M.
and you think the Mayor is not going to try and grab some "political points" out of this right? He's just going to be there cause he's an all out nice guy right?
It comes with the job of ummm, being a politician. The Mayors job is a political one that ones needs to appeal to 50% plus one of the voting population to keep your job. You do things that people find comforting or admirable every once in a while so that it balances the tough decisions you have to make when people are coming down on you.
Eric M.
I wonder if 50% plus 1 find the city's assult on the poor as comforting and admirable atributes?
Since only .0004% define code enforcement as an assault on the poor, I doubt it.
I wonder how the poor feel about the slumlords they have to live under?
