St. Paul comes clean on towed-car cash: Owners due refunds will be told

The city didn't come clean when DSI over charged homeowners for inspection fee's.

Incidence like these lead one to believe we have a bunch of crooks in city government.

Add the high property tax hikes to this mess and it is obvious Saint Paul city government is out to strip your pocket book. You'd have a better chance of fighting off a mugger.

Bullshit that the city claims the Star Tribunes reporting of this had nothing to do with the changes brought about to correct this theft.

If nobody says anything, the city spends your money.
