The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Sharon, I recall reading an article that St.Paul has charged at least 10 tow truck operators for theft of vehicle's on city streets. The thieves pick up your vehicles and sell them for scrap. Getting about $300-$500 for each. Loopholes in the law do not require bone yards to see proof of ownership prior to being sold for scrap.
I think this has been going on for many years.

What can I say the Files are out there, Keep the Pressure on John Choi t convene a Grand Jury in the City Council Election. Yes the Theft of Cars has been going on for years.
