I know a past commander of the FORCE Unit and some members of the current unit and many feel this is a misuse of city resources. The line between criminal activity and housing code is very different. These lines should not cross, as DSI and Fire are NOT law enforcement. If they are then they need to be POST certified.
Code enforcement is still working hand in hand with the police
