Your Federal TAX Dollars being misappropriated, By Ramsey Action Program aka RAP and their Director Dale Anderson and Ex Mayor Jim Scheibel.
Dale Anderson, in 1997 was the boss of 5 position in the system.
RAP-WRAP-FARE SHARE-HEAD START and one other.
Each job paid $52,000 = $260,000
for these jobs.
Last heard Dale was sitting on the board at Second Harvest.
Bill Clinton in 1997 was only making
$200,000 working 24-7
So if I can find this out and start the ball rolling on getting people fired.
Thune was my ward 2 council BOY in 1996.
Ask Thune why money was flowing threw St.Paul from DOE in Washington DC and they were putting in Cellulose Insulation that Canada Outlawed.
Sandy Pappas helped me for a while in 1997, her worker Anna Cook had it tested at Twin City Testing.
It tested at 1.51 Formaldehyde,
MN Health Department says it should be around .10 Formaldehyde.
That is 15 times more the then normal.
They did 200,000 home in Minnesota.
Safety first, is how we say things should be done.
Then Chris Coleman was my Council Boy, and he as a lawyer and a representative of ward 2 help concealed the fact RAP was using BAD Insulation.
They bought it for pennies on the Dollar, and was reimbursed Dollars on the Penney.
These Crooks wear different clothing and Don't use Guns, but they are still Crooks.

But yet any time a landlord has a torn screen or an other petty code violation the city is right there to talk about how you should be providing "SAFE" housing for people. What a bunch of hypocrites.
Thune would be the least of my worries when it comes to replacing city council members, the focus should be directed more at Helgen and Lantry, it appears that they are the most supportive when it comes to violating peoples rights and destructive personalities.

from the time I first stated, to Beg for help in 1995 and 1996. Some one at Ramsey Action Program aka RAP and NSP kept telling all
that I was lying about my houses condition.
On or about September of 1997 RAP sent a letter confirming, that they would do the insulation replacement with fiberglass to the Minnesota Disability Council.
Disability Council left a message on my phone.
Bob Johnson just listened to it, on Tuesday .
Call him and ask what he thought, about the message?
in 1997 Dave Thune was still my councilman of
ward 2.
But as I point the finger at, Chris Coleman as he was ward 2 councilman.in 1998.
Jesse and Dean became ill when they were there on July 19,1998

Jesse spoke on the Joe Soucheray show July 22,1998, saying how he and Dean had burning eye, nose and throat, and a head ache and nausea after 20 minutes.
Here's the letter saying that was sent to Dean Barkley 5 months later after Dean was getting bids on the work he thought should be done --- 1 for $70,000 and 1 for $80,000

Most of us work jobs for years we hate so that we can provide for our family.
How can you represent us when you've spent most of your time on the government dole?
What do you know about trying to raise a family in this city today?
You really want to run for office, you have to answer those questions. You want to play and get some attention, then keep doing what you're doing.
Bill Dahn works daily for free. Donating his time to help feed the hungry at the food shelves.
If it wasn't for Bill I personally know of 3 families who would not of had an Easter feast.
Bill may not be as well educated as Dave Thune, however, he has one thing going for him that nobody else on the council currently has. HE IS HONEST!

is saying anything about Bill "Whistle Blowing" aka snitching on RAP and
NSP Co. getting federal weatherizing money, for installing Bad quality insulation and furnaces.
The furnaces donated by NSP, they purchased a furnaces company that went bankrupt.
They received the price for these furnaces as if they were Carrier furnace, for their donations to RAP.
Insulation purchased from Canada where it was outlaw, for having to much formaldehyde on it.
With RAP having it's fingers in things like paying for utilities gas and electric before shut off's.
They have the money flow, for the Ramsey Action Program -
"HEAD START" Program.
DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY aka DOE Washington DC. Federal Tax Dollars are being misused by these people of some of these Non profit companies.
Jim Schiebel the Ex DFL St.Paul Mayor worked at RAP twice as the director, once in 1970's and then for the last few years.
Then RAP Let JIM SCHIEBEL Go last fall, what did he get fired for.
How much money do "You" pay out for Federal Taxes, any fraud would take extra money away from your family.
Now, No one has called me a liar about all I am saying on these issues.
But they are calling me, every thing under the sun.

I can see the City Council meetings if you are elected.
