Hi All,
Just watched the channel 9 news at 9, there was an update on the Barbara Winn homicide.
26 years ago at the once "Tips Tiger Bar" in Saint Paul Aaron Foster and Barbara Winn where witnessed to of had an argument. Aaron was the DJ of this bar.
Grady Meadows a witness at the bar that night stated he heard Aaron Foster tell Barbara Winn quote "Bitch, if I can't have you nobody can".
Barbara had given Aaron what appeared to be a dear john letter with wording such as "I'm not your girlfriend", "I am tired of the abuse", and so on.
They left the bar separately. Both of them ended up at Barbara's town home in Maplewood. They were arguing and Barbara's children heard a shot.
Get this Aaron takes the gun and hides it in a field.
Grady Meadows is just one witness of many who can shed light on this terrible situation.
I feel like I should be distributing the "A Democracy News Letter" to Anoka County attorney's home and his neighbors and possibly the whole downtown town area of the City of Anoka with this story.
If something doesn't give soon I maybe asking for donations to distribute the "A Democracy News Letter" in Anoka.
Please click onto the title of this post on the front page for Barbara Winn's story.
Bob... If you need some help in the Anoka area I am available, I live in Anoka Co. and happen to frequent the courthouse and downtown Anoka on a regular basis with my occupation, so I would be happy to distribute some A Democracy News Letters if you would like.
Nancy
Looks like bad days ahead for Anoka County officials. The A Democracy Town Hall Meeting and Watchdog News is coming at ya.
Bob, I, and many others are very grateful for all that you do. Your efforts will not be in vain. you stated some months ago you were earning your ticket to heaven. You have chosen a righteous path.
I see the change coming! You and those who contribute here are restoring human decency within local government.
My heart goes out to you, and may the Lord bless you in all that you do.
I want to thank all of you who contribute here. This blog has become a blessing to the citizens of Saint Paul.
I come here day after day wondering what next.
Peace to all!
Damn.
They better convict that SOB.
The family has suffered enough.
Let the truth go forth and let's arrest this POS.
This sucks.
All because he's good buds with Finney.
Nice.
Not.
10:53, thank you for the kind words. If you think it's been a wild ride up to this point, you haven't seen nothing yet!:-)
The phrase coined here is, "Buckle Up, you are in for a wild ride"!
Thanks Nancy, I can always use help with distribution.
I will get in touch with you if it comes to that.
type "fox 9 minnesota" in a browser and you will get the story.
Next time you are at the courthouse in Anoka Co. Nancy, maybe you just politely ask the County Attorney why he is in the pocket of Ramsey County.
Bob I do manage a apartment complex that has an entry area in which we have a shelving display area for small newspapers such as A Democracy and the Watchdog. So let me know I would be happy to add them for you.
Also I will be at the court house next week I am working with in investigator on a couple of my own issues, so I will through general conversation see what I can find out about why Anoka Co. is dragging its feet on the Winn case. From my experience with Anoka they have been pretty good with their investigating. So I am assuming it is just a matter of time with them, they do tend to be slow just like most all court processes around the country.

It is no secret some people in this City are above the law.
These types all have one thing in common. They are Democrats and serve in a public capacity.
And the Republicans that run the country at the top have been going to jail for corruption and been busted lying and found lining the pockets of their friends.
Republican Governor Tim Pawlenty was slapped with the highest fine in Minnesota Campaign Finance history for cheating on the money shell game. Still got elected.
Rule number one when going after politicians is to take off your partisan glasses and nail them as individuals. No party has a lock on honesty and ANY party that has control without checks and balances will push and push until corruption becomes a way of life.
In the city, the Republicans have shown that they don't really care about the poor, minorities, working class and small business owners (landlords too). The priorities they fight for do not transfer to issues of interest for these people who live day to day and check to check. It's their own fault they are not factors in city government. Only the Republicans can change that. Democrats have done a much better job of talking to issues that these people find important. Bush lost every single precinct in the city. Kelly enodorsed him, and lost every one but two (out of more than 90) the following year. Pawlenty lost all seven wards. Coleman lost a majority too.
That's the story, unless you believe tens of thousands of people can be duped and are stupid and only you know the truth.
11:35, AMEN !
Kelly was not run out of office soley because he supported Bush. That's the easy reason to believe, and while it may be part of the mix, even the people who like Bush hated Kelly and did not sgree with his leadership style.
As far as Democrats talking to issues that peole find important, what the hell are you talking about. The Democrats that run this town won't talk about anything unless they are patting themselves or one of their buddies on the back.
They refused to address the issues on Jessamine, they refuse to say anything about the lawsuits against the city by the landlords, they refuse to have their depositions taken, when someone goes to a hearing to beg for their home, they refuse to listen then too. They sit there and act like nothing was even said. People are losing their homes and lots of people are concerned and I don't see anyone from the city talking, what I see is everyone looking for a rock to hide under.
There are good Democrats and good Republicans. We should focus on getting the bad ones from both parties out of office.
