I thought Foster had been arrested for the murder of Winn, but I was mistaken. Why are Anoka and Ramsey Counties taking so long to charge this case? When are they going to charge Foster with Winn’s murder? I saw something on the news the other day showing the autopsy photos. They clearly show Winn tried to defend herself. I say arrest Foster and let the courts decide his fate.

This whole thing is really messed up. Finney sure has protected his friend Foster for a long time. I hear Foster still works at the police department. I feel real safe now, NOT.

It's really a vigil for suicide victims.

That is why there hasn't been any charges all these years.

How little you really know about this case. I know it is hard for you to open your mind to one of your own members doing something wrong, but Aaron Foster and Bill Finney are dirty.

Barbara Winn did not commit suicide over leaving Foster; Foster killed her. Winn wrote a note to Foster the day they split up that was a "Dear John" letter. Foster publicly stated that day, "B$tch, if I can not have you, no one will." That is when he slapped her at the Cozy Tiger. Foster went over to her apartment and had an argument with Winn and killed her. Finney covered for his friend Foster.

Check out Ch 9 tonight (4-2-2007) and see for yourself.

Foster exhibited this same abusive behavior on several women and Finney did nothing to protect these women. What did Finney do he issued Foster a permit to carry a handgun. Did I mention Finney was the police chief in St. Paul. Did you know Finney gave out, get out of jail free cards to his friends. So much for protect and serve. I guess when you are a chief of police you can do anything.
