Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Why doesn't someone who has a clew run against Thune. He's got to be beatable.
Tim Cianni -- where are you? Why didn't you run and put Thune out of his miserry?
I hate to say it because I like Sharon, but Sharon would of been better off running without making that video. Or possibly working with a couple of individuals on preparing a speech that would of been prepared appropriately for something as important to the election as that video could be.
Sharon, I want to see you win this election, change the you tube skit.
As for Sharon not living in ward 2. Sharon's self proclaimed legal domicile is 1058 Summit.
Sharon claims this is still her home legally and has made this claim repeatedly since she lost the home. Sharon claims the home was taken illegally by the government under a illegal tax forfeiture.
1058 Summit is not in ward 2 either so she is still out of luck.
Now that you all have seen what I've been saying all along, she's nuts. The curiuos thing is that she is very normal compared to Bill Dahn.
Looks like Thune can go to Europe for the year and come back and still win by three times the vote of the other two added up together.
Well if the city has it there way Sharon would become homeless so then she could pitch a tent in ward to to make that her area of residence!

Some here are saying Sharon is lacking mental capacity to run City affairs. Well look at what we have NOW! If this isn't crazy what is. Thank you for the comment whoever stated the following.

Lee, your problem property approach to crime is a failure. Crime is rising.
Get a clue it is insanity to keep pushing the same agenda when it has proven to be failure.
People commit crimes not buildings.
Arrest bad people don't hold their landlords responsible for these peoples mistakes. That is CRAZY!
Closing up a so called problem property only spreads the trouble to some other neighborhood.
Oh I get it. The same bad people can make the City council look good over and over, since the council pushs them from one neighborhood to the next and all awhile the people in these neighborhoods think the council has done something to clean up their neighborhood.
I see the value of these problem people in our neighborhoods. They help the City Council appear to be doing something.
I am ashamed of this gutless leadership in Saint Paul.
Well well well, now you're starting to "get it." The current City Council likes these problems so much, they have devised a way to exploit and capitalize on the problems over and over again....then they get elected over and over again by just spreading the trouble around. They make some money on it to boot by the fees, charges and fine they hit the landlord with. They're a bunch of mobsters is what they are!
Actually 1058 Summit Ave. is Ward 2. Summit is a border st. between Wards. And the side of the street 1058 is on is Ward 2.

Thune helped cover up about ---
Your Federal TAX Dollars being misappropriated, By Ramsey Action Program aka RAP and their Director Dale Anderson and Ex Mayor Jim Scheibel.
Dale Anderson, in 1997 was the boss of 5 position in the system.
RAP-WRAP-FARE SHARE-HEAD START and one other.
Each job paid $52,000 = $260,000
for these jobs.
Last heard Dale was sitting on the board at Second Harvest.
Bill Clinton in 1997 was only making
$200,000 working 24-7
So if I can find this out and start the ball rolling on getting people fired.
Thune was my ward 2 council BOY in 1996.
Ask Thune why money was flowing threw St.Paul from DOE in Washington DC and they were putting in Cellulose Insulation that Canada Outlawed.
Sandy Pappas helped me for a while in 1997, her worker Anna Cook had it tested at Twin City Testing.
It tested at 1.51 Formaldehyde,
MN Health Department says it should be around .10 Formaldehyde.
That is 15 times more the then normal.
They did 200,000 home in Minnesota.
Safety first, is how we say things should be done.
Then Chris Coleman was my Council Boy, and he as a lawyer and a representative of ward 2 help concealed the fact RAP was using BAD Insulation.
They bought it for pennies on the Dollar, and was reimbursed Dollars on the Penney.
Crooks wear different clothing and Don't use Guns, but they are still Crooks.

What makes you feel you know so much, about crooks,crime,and politics?
Look at the 1998 election and see how 1 person can scew-up a wet-deam.
Watch the Leslie Davis Show on cable access, then you will see more scandles.
