Hi All,

Unfortunately political forces tend to play these tragedies to win votes. It happens on both sides of the political spectrum.

Here at A-Democracy Town Hall Meeting, we seek Truth & Justice.

This tragedy is something Bobbi's family will never get over. Resolution of this matter will aide in healing the wounds.

I am praying for Bobbi's family. If anyone out there has information on this issue please come forward. I promise I will protect your identity.

One of our old time friends we like to talk about on here was Foster's wife that filed for the "Restraining Order."

Political forces like say Bob Fletcher who put this in the headlines not to solve it but, to put a shadow over his opponent?

Nah, I'd like to hear more of corruption in the city of saint paul and the ramsey county sheriff's office. Let's lift up the rug and see what crawls out. You know you make people nervous when they try and silence you.

Remember, the little kid who breaks the cookie jar is gonna try and get the pressure and attention taken off him by what means of operation?

Were you there? How can you know what happened if you were not there? It sounds like the family just wants a jury to decide. I think its reasonable to do that. If she was murdered wouldnt you want the man responsible in jail?

This is the same old thing again fro the same old people that were saying that there was nothing to the lawsuits brought by the landlords. Once again there is just too many things that appear to be a lot more than just a coiencidance, only this time someone is dead, and this guy has the idea that because it is old news that we shoudln't talk about it. This just looks like the normal practice and custom of goevrnemnt, just sweep it under the rug and call it another day.

Finney and Foster have the blood of Barbara Winn on their hands.

Bob,

How about Foster's former wife asking Chief Finney for help and being refused just like he did for Barbara Winn. Finney protected his friend Foster over protecting a lady. Who sold Foster the gun he used to hit his wife with? None other than Finney (Reported in the St. Paul Pioneer Press and Minneapolis Star Tribune). After all this known violence towards women, Chief Finney gaves Aaron Foster a permit to carry when he denied 99.99% of these same permits to carry to law abiding citizens.

Had Finney been any type of man he would have stepped in and protected either of these ladies. What did he do, Finney protected his friend.

Why did Finney protect his friend instead of doing the right thing?

FOLLOW THE MONEY!

Don't forget that one of the THREE guns recovered from Foster's home in the 1985 incident was STOLEN!! I wonder why he was not charged, at the very least, with illegal possession of a firearm. Oh, I forgot, Finney sat in on the police interrogation and explained what happened to the DA!!

What I find amazing is that many people refuse to recognize that an innocent woman lost her life, because they REFUSE to look beyond their loyalty to Finney, and/or their dislike for Sheriff Fletcher.

Is that justice? Since when, in These United States of America, does a human life mean any less, simply because one does not like the head of the department which is investigating a particular case? I do not call that justice. Rather, I call it hypocrytical cronyism.

I never dreamt that I'd see the day in which members of the St. Paul Police Department would refuse to do the right thing, simply because the department is clearly divided in to two camps; those with an undying allegiance to Finney, and those who truly FEAR Finney and Foster.

It is time to stand up and do what you know in your heart is the right thing to do.

There is no justice for anyone in St Paul and the hypocritical cronyism is nothing more than the "good ole boys" network that has thrived in St Paul and Ramsey County for decades.

This is the same shit that happened on the SPIF list. Fletcher gets caught up in some scandal or investigation and one of his deputies under a false name begins writing shit about Finney.

Aside from the SPPD, Fletcher's Office investigated this twice, the latest being last year while Finney was running against him. I'm sure if there was ny little thing there Bob Fletcher would have put it on front pages across the state.

Finney is a loser and in forced retirement. Bob Fletcher sits in office under three current FBI investigations and his minions come here to try and make us look in the other direction.

Winn's case was fumbled in the aftermath but, the murder (ie the crime) has never landed in Finney's lap. However, every damn year Fletcher is involved in something and the County Attorney just refuses to do her job.

Fletcher had that controversy about his campaign paperwork not geting filed also and they did nothing. That's because he is in the "good old boys" network. If they like you , they let you go, and if they don't you get proecuted or persecuted, and if you are a landlord you get your property demolished, if your are black and poor they just flat out run your ass out of town.

But that's OK, just go ahead and keep thnking your rights mean something. In reality you don't even have the right to a fair and honest government any longer.

It doesn't pay to mess around with this "St Paul - Ramsey County" club....you do what they say and want or else!

9:38 makes a good point. There is nothing to the Winn case other than a suicide. iI there was Fletcher would have made a pile of beans over it during the election.

10:14 and 10:41. What EVIDENCE do you have to support your claim(s)?

Fletcher may be a politician and he is going to take advantage of a situation that can make him look good, and that is no different than anyone else would do. When you look at how Fletcher has acted in the public eye and then compare it with Finney, there is no doubt in my mind that Fletcher is the right guy to have in the Sheriffs office, and I am not a big supporter of some of the things he has done. Listen to the two of them talk about an issue.....one says it like it is and doesn't care if you like him or not, and the other one is just the same old political bull shiter. When their kids got into trouble, which one looked the other way and which one put the screws to the kid?

Didn't Finney send his kids' case out of the entire county? So that he or his wife over at BCA wouldn't be an influence. The case and jury were from some cow-town in Southern Minnesota.
He also suspended his kid.

Fletcher made news by calling them so that they could see him arresting his own son. Of course his some stayed in the Ramsey county system. The same system with the county attorney who refused to do her job over and over and where the law enforcement tangent is tied to Fletcher.
Then right after the election, his son is back in trouble but, no daddy to arrest him or anything.

So what became of the case that Fletcher re-opened? Funny how after the election, no more headlines about it. Does the family want it resolved or do they want Bill Finney? At this point after several investigations, those are two seperate roads.
