Alice Krengel SAGA Continues!
For those of you new to this story- Alice is an alcoholic and a near senior woman that owned a home in West Saint Paul. Alice had a number of drunk and disorderly guest that would come to her home and cause disturbances that got the attention of the neighbors. The City got feed up with the police calls and put Alice out of her home.
Folks you ever wish you had a magic wand and you could just wave it and you could make anyone you choose life better!I wish I had that wand. I'd wave my wand over Alice, and she would have her home back. She wouldn't be an alcoholic. I wish I had the answers for Alice and everyone trying to deal with this dilima.It is sad.
There is alternatives!There is no reason Alice could not stay in her home with assisted living.
It is cruel and unusual punishment to deprive someone of their home. Kick them to the curb because they don't measure up to a community standard. Alices problem didn't go away. nor did her friends that would come over and be rowdy and disorderly at her home. These people are being drunk and disorderly in someone else's neighborhood. That's all we do in City's across America now. The new practice is to chase social ills from place to place and and never actually address the problems.

What on earth is she trying to say. I have looked at this for 10 minutes and the more i look, the more cinfused I am.

For over 3 years I have been trying to understand your issues. I really care about you.
How do you expect people to understand you enough to side with you if they can't make sense of what you are saying.
Try staying on one subject that would be a start. You link this and a little of that a then you talk about that or this then who been where,what, they, them, it, the, y, me, oh, gee.. I give up.. that's what I do when I try to understand what you have to say.
Surprise us with an essay on why you think Alice has been screwed over by the City of West Saint Paul.. And try and do it without confusing me with a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with Alice.
I ask you this please because I know Bob will never stop you from posting. So right now I am stuck with you the way you are. i think you have more to offer. Thanks, take this as constructive criticism only. I mean no harm..

First Her Home Is Paid For, And It Is Worth Over $200,000
People care about Alice.
Alice was bun holed by W.St.Paul.
To steal her paid for home, and throw her in the street with no where to go.
Judge Metzem and the W.St.Paul GEEKS,
are the high hatted people.
Alice is like most of the people on earth.
She will give the shirt off her back and she will feed people.
She was up cleaning her house early in the morning, and then go help out at the food shelf.
So Alice is a kind person and she drinks, just like most of you out there.
She is a caring person.
But -- West Saint Paul -- Wanted her property for years.
It has nothing to do with drinking.
It has to do with her 2 lot that
are PRIME PROPERTY, zoned commercial.
So--anyone that knows about the code enforcement in St.Paul ?
W.St.Paul is more sneaky and the officials there are almost all REALITORS.
So look at what all these people with St.Paul do , and W.S.P. is doing it more under handed.

Do to some greed in the cities.
We see how some people get picked on more and more, it's happening to people that are quite.
It happens to those who worked hard to keep their homes up to code, and cut their grass, clean their sidewalks.
The elders are a target to lose their homes, just so some realtors can make extra money.
City comes along and sets such high standard on codes.
That if you are not in a new home, you might lose what you have now.
Why is this happening.
Why don't anybody care about the other people on earth.

I just checked with the MN Dept. of Commerce, none of the West St. Paul councilmembers or mayor hold real estate licenses, sorry Bill. "Never let the truth get in the way of a good story" shouldn't be the guiding principal of blog comments. Neither the city nor its Economic Development Authority have expressed an interest in buying the home. The city did not kick Alice out, it was decided and ordered by a district court judge based on state law (a law that was written by Diva's attorney).

Some of us do not want to delve through all kinds of links and then try an dfigure it out like some kind of puzzel. While it may be cear to you Sharon, it is not clear to everyone else, and most people don't have te time go "link surfing." If you have something to say, why don't you just say it? Back in 2001 when the city of W.St.Paul condemned Alice's home.
They told her that they would pay her $18,000 for her home and tear it down.
She loves her home, I loved my home at 256 W. Morton St. in St.Paul.
She stayed at my house at that time.
We lost thing in life, do to bad government.
Idiots make their mistakes in government.
Some of us are not the type to just walk away, form what happened without a fight.
