Hi All,
I have had the great pleasure to spend quite a bit of time getting to know Javontae, he has been a guest at my home on a number of occassions.
Javontae is quite humble considering his achievements. In fact when I first met Javontae I didn't know he was a well known popular fighter. Another guest informed me of who Javontae was.
Here was this young man who could probably clear a knock out path to the door of a rowdy bar sitting as meek and mild mannered as a mouse in my home.
Javontae is a intelligent calculating fighter with a great future to look forward to.
I asked Javontae what he expected of his future, he said he wanted to finish barber school, I said to him. brother you will be able to afford your own barber shop with your future the way it is going.
I had lost touch with conventional boxing to follow UFC a more violent form of fighting. Javontae has rekindled my interest in boxing.
Javontae will be fighting on Showtime at 8:30 November 5th.
Also, he will be fighting at the Target Center December 18th, his fight is the main event.
If you like fighting folks don't miss these light middle weights, there will be a lot of action.
Many of you out there have spent a lot of time fighting here verbally over issue that concern us, maybe getting out and seeing a real fight will relieve some tension.
I am sure Javontae will be reading this so if you have something you'd like to say to him feel free to have at it.
