What is sad is that there is always someone willing to take their money to file a case.
Even Soucheray admits that these people were given time and more time and time beyond that.
I spoke to someone who was their and this guy had multiple signs that gave the finger to his next door neighbor on the property. A real nice guy to live next to it would appear....

Emotional distress claims are going to cost this property owner some big bucks to pursue.
I hope he saw a doctor to validate his distress and it will not be presumed, absent some physical manifestation of an actual injury that is supported by medical evidence.
If he drops this claim and just pursues his direct damages for loss of the property, he'll save thousands.
Hope he's got the 5k for a retainer.
This is going to be decided on whether Lennies was in compliance with the cities prior notices to clean up the property and or if the city followed correct procedures in it's removal and disposal of property.
