SHHHH! While we listen to words of wisdom from a wise man.
Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Have a Blessed and Happy Easter to all!
Nancy O.
Do you know why the Easter Bunny hids his eggs?
Cause he is embarrassed for messing around with a chicken.
This is really "The Lords Day"!
Hello Nancy O.
Their is many out their that do not want to admit anything about
The Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus was Jewish, and was hated his own people.
It's good knowing Bob and Cinnamon, I see
the lord is in their lives.
Love to all.
Bill Dahn
Type-o
He was hated by His own people.
Bill Dahn
Same to you Nancy.
Yes, Bill, this the celebration of the Resurrection. But, that doesn't mean that non-believers are out to beat up on Easter. Knowing ans accepting the truth can be beneficial for both believers and non-believers.
The name Easter and the whole eggs, candy and bunny thing dates back hundreds of years before Christ. The fasting for 40 days before Spring goes back to Babylon—2,000 years before Christ—honoring the resurrection of their god, Tammuz, who was brought back from the underworld by his mother/wife, Ishtar (after whom the festival was named). As Ishtar was actually pronounced “Easter” in most Semitic dialects.
In ancient Anglo-Saxon myth, Ostara (Oestre / Eastre)is the personification of the rising sun. In that capacity she is associated with the spring and is considered to be a fertility goddess. She is the friend of all children and to amuse then she changed her pet bird into a rabbit. This rabbit brought forth brightly colored eggs, which the goddess gave to the children as gifts. From her name and rites the festival of Easter is derived.
Like Christmas was set in December by the Emperor Constitine in the third century A.D. to more easily convert the those who celebrated the Roman Sun god Sol's birthday and the many pagans worshipers including those who dance for the Winter Soltice, Easter was a man made date with a purpose.
In bible we read the early Christians were still celebrating Passover(as instructed by the bible), though it was different in its meaning. As a matter of fact, there is no instruction in the bible to celebrate Easter. It was banned in America, along with Christmas celebrations, by the Puritans. Christmas made a comeback in the 1820's but, it was until the 1870's before we (Christians) started celebrating Easter again.
Yes, we can celebrate the Resurrection of Christ, understand that history doesn't change the facts, and observe the newness of spring (baby chicks, eggs, bunnies, flowers, bright colors, 'born again') without being conflicted.
I just like to read the history behind what we do and why we do it.
Happy Easter.
Eric
Did they have candy smokes hundreds
of years before christ to Eric ?
Did they have candy smokes hundreds
of years before christ to Eric ?
11:59 AM
No, they didn't. Tobacco is a native plant to the Americas, not the Middle East, Asia, Africa or Europe. So it would be impossible to base a 'candy' on it in those times.
However, in the Americas, Native Americans were using tobacco for medicinal purposes and wound dressing. Cancer was not an issue as you were probably dead by 30.
Happy Easter.
Eric
And a Happy Easter to all!
"East Side Pride"
Thank you Eric, he just enlighten the people about Easter, and how its not about candy or eggs and buying each other gifts.
Just like Christmas is really a Jewish Holiday, its not about spending money to buy gifts.
So we are caught up in a world of spending money that wasn't earned yet, that's like OBAMA giving money that wasn't even printed yet.
People have to start opening their eye and put their foot up some of these politicians ass, before CHINA owns the U.S.A.!
California
Interesting, and this is only one State...............
If this doesn't open your eyes nothing will!
From the L. A. Times
1. 40% of all workers in L. A. County ( L. A. County has 10.2 million people) are working for cash and not paying taxes. This is because they are predominantly illegal immigrants working without a green card.
2. 95% of warrants for murder in Los Angeles are for illegal aliens.
3. 75% of people on the most wanted list in Los Angeles are illegal aliens.
4. Over 2/3 of all births in Los Angeles County are to illegal alien Mexicans on Medi-Cal , whose births were paid for by taxpayers. (and are now legal citizens of the USA - jah)
5. Nearly 35% of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals here illegally.
6. Over 300,000 illegal aliens in Los Angeles County are living in garages.
7. The FBI reports half of all gang members in Los Angeles are most likely illegal aliens from south of the border.
8. Nearly 60% of all occupants of HUD properties are illegal.
9. 21 radio stations in L. A. are Spanish speaking.
10. In L. A. County 5.1 million people speak English, 3.9 million speak Spanish.
(There are 10.2 million people in L. A. County . )
(All 10 of the above are from the Los Angeles Times)
Less than 2% of illegal aliens are picking our crops, but 29% are on welfare.
Over 70% of the United States ' annual population growth (and over 90% of California , Florida , and New York ) results from immigration.
29% of inmates in federal prisons are illegal aliens.
We are a bunch of fools for letting this continue.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Send copies of this letter to at least two other people . 100 would be even better.
Thank You All.
From Bill Dahn
Good job Bill.
Straight argument, solid layout and numbers.
In the last few minutes, I've been trying to find stats to combat these and have come up short for now. I've got to go but, will take each point on step by step.
Eric
Eric
Thank you.
I have nothing against you, I have been standing up for the people and I know you have to protect the Democratic party.
We have to tell the other side of each story, not just the side government want's us to know.
Lets all Thank God for the
RICO Suit on St.Paul,
it shows that they are not obeying the law here in St.Paul and in Minnesota.
Protect the People from the Government.
Bill Dahn
They have not been following the law for some time in St. Paul and even with the rico suits going they continue to use code enforcement to violate the law and people's civil rights.
Hey Bill
The illegal's do not pay taxes, and they do not fight in our wars.
Then why is St.Paul a safe harbor for them.
Ask Chris Coleman who's getting paid off, this is a crime.

State seeks more federal aid for cost of keeping illegal immigrant inmates
A federal program pays less than 12% of the cost for noncitizen criminals. As California renews its bid for funding, some lawmakers are optimistic.
By Richard Simon
April 11, 2009
Reporting from Washington -- Fifteen years after Congress promised that Washington would help states pick up the tab for imprisoning illegal immigrants convicted of crimes, California is receiving but a fraction -- less than 12 cents on the dollar -- of its nearly $1-billion annual cost.
The unfulfilled promise is perhaps the most glaring example of the federal government shortchanging California.
Costly problem
Officials from states greatly affected by illegal immigration long have argued that their taxpayers should not have to bear the burden for Washington's failure to control the border.
But Congress this year provided $400 million nationwide to cover the cost of keeping illegal immigrants behind bars, less than what was provided a decade ago. In that same period, California's share of the federal money has declined from 68% to 39%.
"California's percentage of the total amount gets smaller and smaller each year as the issue of criminal aliens becomes more of a national problem," said Rep. Howard L. Berman (D-Valley Village).
With states struggling to balance their budgets, California officials are stepping up their efforts to snag more money from the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program. Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said in a letter to Washington lawmakers last week that boosting the funding the state receives under the program was his top priority for federal criminal justice funding.
This year, California officials may have reason to be hopeful.
Not only are several Californians in Capitol Hill leadership positions, but a number of high-ranking members of the Obama administration are on record as supporting increased funding.
Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, when she was Arizona governor, was a leading advocate of boosting the program's funding, telling Congress last year to "live up to its financial obligation."
"Secretary Napolitano understands the issue quite well," said Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), who is among a bipartisan group of border-state lawmakers pushing for more money. A number of other Cabinet members in their former jobs also supported increased funding, including Labor Secretary Hilda E. Solis, once a California congresswoman.
Faced with a mounting federal budget deficit, the Obama administration has not committed to increasing funding to cover the costs of incarcerating illegal immigrants. But at the very least, President Obama is expected to be more supportive than former President Bush, who sought to eliminate such funding.
"I'm hopeful that we're going to get more," said Rep. Michael M. Honda (D-San Jose), a member of the House Appropriations Committee.
The issue is expected to move center stage as Congress again considers an overhaul of the nation's immigration laws.
California officials long have complained that state taxpayers send more to Washington than they get back in federal aid and services. But the shortage of federal money for illegal immigrants held in county jails and state prisons has been an especially sore point because California is so disproportionately affected.
The state -- with about 19,000 illegal immigrants in prisons, or about 11% of the prison population -- is projected to receive about $111 million of its $970-million expected cost this year for imprisoning illegal immigrants.
The federal program provides for reimbursement for incarcerating illegal immigrants convicted of a felony or multiple misdemeanors. (Cities and counties separately receive federal money for housing immigrant detainees, many of whom are awaiting deportation or fighting their cases in court.)
The lack of money from Washington, along with overcrowding in the state prison system, led California officials last month to institute a policy to no longer lock up illegal immigrants on parole violations who have served their terms and then reenter the country illegally. State officials say the federal government should prosecute illegal immigrants who return to the country after deportation.
The fight to get Washington to foot the bill dates to the 1986 immigration overhaul, which authorized states to be reimbursed. No funds were appropriated.
In 1994, Congress directed the attorney general, as part of an anti-crime bill, to reimburse states for their costs to incarcerate illegal immigrants or transfer custody of the inmates to federal prison. At the time, California's cost was about $375 million.
Boosting the funding has been difficult because the program is seen as largely benefiting a handful of states greatly affected by illegal immigration -- California, New York, Texas, Florida and Arizona.
Lawmakers from other states say that any increase must be balanced against other spending and the need to reduce the federal deficit. Bush, in seeking to eliminate the appropriation, argued that the funds would be better spent to secure the border.
But other states increasingly are struggling to pay bills for housing illegal immigrants in state prisons and county jails. The Minnesota Department of Corrections, for example, spent about $19 million last year but received only about $1 million from Washington.
A measure sponsored by Rep. Linda T. Sanchez (D-Lakewood) that would provide federal payments to counties for incarcerating illegal immigrants accused of a felony or multiple misdemeanors -- not just those convicted -- passed the House last year on a voice vote. It did not come up in the Senate. Sanchez has reintroduced the bill and a similar bill has been introduced in the Senate.

Re: This is scary! "In God We Trust" Not our Minnesota Government and their Cities
From Sen.Bill.Ingebrigtsen@senate.mn
To Bill4Dahn@aol.com
I have been trying to get legislation through in this state for going on 3 years (the time I have been in office), to address illegal's in our state. Furthermore, St. Paul, Minneapolis and Worthington are safe havens for illegals. The liberal Democrats who are in control of the house and senate in this state, refuse to do anything
about this and just expect us all to just keep paying for services that they use. There are millions of dollars
being spent in areas of state government that could be used to help balance this huge deficit, and Minnesota
could get ahead of the problem. But these liberals refuse and we will end up like California, the very state that they idolize, and we all know where they are headed. Thanks for getting the facts out and if more do this, they will have to listen or get voted out.
Sen Bill Ingebrigtsen
Bill
What do you care about the illegal's, they are just taking all the jobs when so many of our own are unemployed.
I would like to see you go all the way with this one.
Is that what happened to you Bill? An illegal took your job?
Read this again:
"But other states increasingly are struggling to pay bills for housing illegal immigrants in state prisons and county jails. The Minnesota Department of Corrections, for example, spent about $19 million last year but received only about $1 million from Washington."
Now why do you think that cities would decide that they aren't going to volunteer to play border agent for the Federal Government?
Not only does it cost you money but our local cops aren't trained to be INS agents and aren't going to do it well (meaning more law suits).
And beyond all of that it destroys the relationship between the police and those who are here legally if our cops are the one's having to try to sort people out.
It isn't a City issue or the City's problem.
But, I do love in Bill's tirade that immigrants are accused of both taking all of the jobs and being to lazy to work. Its amazing how both things happen at the same time.
Maybe everyone would have been better off if Polk would have kept all of Mexico instead of just the Northern half. Heck we'd all be bilingual then.

Repke is always saying this or that to cover for St.Paul's Police not doing their job as law enforcement.
A law is a law for all people, Not just the ones they want to enforce.
The new St.Paul Mayor after this next election will surely change
how the illegal's are treated as law breakers.
The jobs that will be restored and the taxes that will be paid, is the issue that will bring change in our city government.
Eva will be one candidate for mayor that will pull votes from both Democrats & Republicans, then we just might have a women for St.Paul's Mayor.
Vote for Bill Dahn, and stop watching some laws enforced by the CEO of St.Paul, Chris Coleman as he condones aiding and abetting illegal's.
