If this is about the "Fair Housing Lawsuits", I pray like hell the city doesn't settle!

I want to sit in a federal court room and witness the expressions on the jurors faces as this story is being told.

The city of st.paul has more than fifty lawsuits going on.

Over half of them are because of code enforcement. And some banks are also suing them. They deep pocket than the city.

And chuck the landlord caeses are in fed app. the 8th cir. .

The case is not over yet.

I worked for the City 12-20 years ago and you know what? At any one time the City had more than 50 law suits going on then. Its just not unusual. Cities do things and Cities own land. Cities get sued. That's why cities have their own attornies. Its the way of the world.

I think there were two chances that the discussion was about settling a law suit that they have already won Summary Judgement and those two chances were "slim" and "none."
