RICHFIELD, Minn. - Firefighters put out a fire at an apartment complex in Richfield Wednesday night. The Apartment complex is at 620 East 78th Street on Highway 494.

The fire was first contained to one unit on the third floor.

Most of the apartments on the third floor have smoke damage.

Many other units have water damage.

Residents are not allowed to stay in the building because of the damage.

No injuries have been reported.

Due to the cold weather, Metro Transit has a bus for the firefighters to warm up in.

The Richfield Fire Department has asked for mutual aid from other departments.

Minneapolis Fire Department confirms they sent a Battalion Chief, a ladder truck and an engine truck to the Richfield fire.

The American Red Cross 36 adults and 12 children.

Wood frame structures with multiple units and tenants increases the odds of someone having an accident and starting a fire. We are hearing more and more of these types of fires.

Today the City Fire came out to 695Surrey, No Complaint, No Fire,No Gas Leak, its Harrasment against Sharon, who now has Camcorder, the Fireman was going to take it, You Tube has many Video's adverse to City St.Paul Fire, which should be combined with Police
Tech. 1st Video, Grateful to God as the 1992 3rd & Maria Blast 6 Deaths, by incompetant city employees
