Why didn't the guy just ask for 180 Days instead of first saying that crap about that the city wasn't following procedures?
Who gives these people this stupig advice.
If this guy walks up there and just asks for 180 Days in the first place he gets the deal.
I don't get why people want to play lawyer.

He wants to play lawyer cause he's getting ready to sue the poants off of the city Repke.....maybe you too if you try and muscle your non profit in on his real estate.
I think we discussed his property at 1369 Case a few months back.
