North Minneapolis, where drugs are the cause of the crimes.
Poor people use drugs to forget, how they are Discriminated against.
They can feel as wealthy and as good as the best person on earth.
To get that feeling cost money, so they rob,steal,kill just to get that high.
What if?
Some one is selling in some body's
area, so that causes a battle of their turf.
Scary, is it even safe to walk the streets.
In the day time it is great, but when the sun goes down, get off the street.
It's safer.
Don't worry my friend. According to good Mayor Rybak, if you do not engage in risky behavior you have nothing to worry about.
