I like the part on page 7 about the $5,000.00 bond. That will surely add to the vacant building population that is already way too many!

The good part for the city is that all their problem people will be gone by the next of next summer, because a good many of them are nothing but a nusiance from the time they get up till the time they go to bed.

Tear them all down and find someone else to pay all the lost propery taxes!

the new c of o is good for landlords. Didn't you read the Pioneer press story? Many of us support the changes.

The only reason you support the changes is because it takes the attention away from your bigger buildings and directs it to the smaller ones that the city has historicaly crushed likes bugs and ran the owners out of business, thus leaving more of the tenants for you.

What surprises me is the City takes the disfunctional NHPI and makes it responsible for the talented, respectful Fire Department. If you don't believe that call your local fire inspector and ask them what they think of the merger. More proof this City has its head up its ass and heading down the road of trouble.

But again then the City council and the Mayor will have the reigns of the whole fire department and be able to discriminate on a larger scale.

Wake up people.
