If someone knows this guy I hope they direct him to the organization Bob links here below his profile. 'Communities against Police Brutality.
In Minnesota there is a law that if a person has filed a false police brutality report, they can be charged with a felony.
It doesn't take a ROCKET scientist to know this is a really stupid law that merely silences the states citizenry against police abuses.
