4th. Racketeering Lawsuit Coming!

There is a fourth Racketeering lawsuit in the works against the City of Saint Paul concerning rental property investors and the protected class of people they rent to.

There will be some changes in the 4th suit. The Mayor and City Counsel will be named as defendants. There is even some consideration in naming individuals from neighborhood committees.

These suits are predicted to cost the City over ONE HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS! Tax payers money. Poor governing has gotten us tax payers into a big mess.

Bob-

Hi All,

Here is a guy that doesn't read the suits and yet comments on them. These comments have been dragged over here since Mr. Fratto is to gutless to face the people he likes to oppress.

And let me disseminate some of Frattos lies. There is depositions being taken Mike! The City cannot get the cases dismissed! Frivolous my ass!

Nancy, I know I will live to regret this. I just read the information in the
link you provided. I want to know why you consider this to be a St. Paul
issue. These lawsuits are just the actions of a very small group of people who
don't like some decisions by St. Paul officials.

Yes a fourth racketeering lawsuit has been filed against the City of St.
Paul. That may be newsworthy if all four weren't filed by the same people. In
fact this filing may be significant if it didn't appear to be just another tact
in attempting to get something to stick.

While I certainly can't evaluate the merits of this or the previous three
lawsuits, it appears that this is just another attempt to clog the judical
system with baseless lawsuits.

Remember. Anyone can file a lawsuit. That doesn't mean there is any merit
to the lawsuit. If it can be shown to be frivilous, the petitioner and the
lawyer can be found in violation of the law and punished. Only time will
tell.

I thought maybe a few of you here at E-Democracy might be interested to know
that there is a fourth racketeering lawsuit about to suface against the City of
St.Paul in which of course it once again involves property issue and
condemnations. I know there are many of you here that don't care to hear
about situations that are not in favor of the City of St.Paul doing wrong so
I will give you the link to Ademocracy where you can follow this story if you
are interested..Again it is a St.Paul issue so I feel it is proper for me to
provide this information here as well as I have seen others post links to
information that involved St.Paul.....

Remember Frattos comments about 14 jessamine? This idiot can't wait to stick his head up the City colon and lick the walls clean. Then he blows it out his ass.

No, seriously speaking. Mike has commented negatively since last december on this issue. He admits he has never read the law suits. he knows nothing of whether the cases have merit or not. But that don't stop mikey boy from trying to sound like he knows what he is talking about, he still blows hard.

I wasn't through, Isn't this blog neat? We drag the real rebel rousers over here away from their secure playground and beat the crap out of them before we let them go.

Is this Mike guy brain dead or what. If he ever saw the lawsuit he would know that they are not all filed by the same people. There are all kinds of different names of indiviuals on them, and the facts contained within them make it pretty clear that they are different people.

He'll think it is a St. Paul issue when the bill for it Comes due!

The minority contractors are suing the city also. I suppose that is frivilous as well. There are so many people that have sued the city over racial bullshit, it should be obvious to even a school kid that this city has a problem with respect to racial issues.
