Sad to say, but you had better get used to this folks. The policies of the past are coming home to roost! You just can't keep blaming crime and social ills on innocents without having an increase in these kinds of crimes. The more responsibiliy the city wants to put on innocents, the less responsibilty the real criminals will have. That is what normal people call reality, and St. paul is going to be in for one big reality check in the future. So go ahead St. Paul.....tear down some more houses and close some more businesses....see what it gets you in the long run.
QUIZ-
Who's at fault here?
A. The building owner.
B. The building.
C. The Perpetrator.
Quiz answers;
The answers depend upon who you are asking...Ask the city of St.Paul and we already know the answers are A & B...If you look at it through reality the answer is C...

It's high time you slumlords take your greed and your building and hoof it out of town. The last administration was trying to clean up this town, and with some results I may add. The fact that the new administration wants to continue the house cleaning is a cause for celebration for my neighbors and myself. I'm afraid your day has come slumords, just move on and leave us to have the good life. It's long overdue!
Reply to 7:10; you know you can't live in your little imaginary world forever.....Reality is the city will be put to a stop for conducting the corrupt behavior they are now using, you seem to feel the cities method is working, have you taken a look at the vacant building list lately...the numbers have now exceeded 800, along with those vacant building the rise of homelessness is also on the rise which also increases the crime rate...open your eyes this is reality. Its not a perfect world and never will be, but I would think to have a little care and compassion for other humans and work with the actual issues at hand which means deal with the actual person causing the problem to help rehabilitate them into a productive tax paying citizen would have a much better outcome in the future..If you think putting families out on thhe streets is honestly ok then I would reccommend you seek some serious help for yourself in that lonely world you live in...

Hi All,
7:15, it would be nice if the money to pay off the plaintiffs from the RICO suits came from big mouths like you only.
As a tax payer I shouldn't have to pay for the Gestapo style mistakes of these entrenched liberals in City government.
As I watched Back To The Future Part II yesterday, I couldn't help but see part of St. Paul shaping up there. With all the bums, hoodlums, delinquents and homelessness. People burning cars and things to stay warm. No more school either because who needs one; as someone here so correctly named it "hell town". Then the black man who yelled "you can tell the real estate company we aint selling", insert Magner inplace of real estate and it tells a real story. The there's the Biff Tower with casino and you can see condos and retail space where there used to be affordable housing for families to raise their kids and make a life. There are a lot of people who don't want others budding into their lives and trying to make the exterior of their homes perfect. They need to downsize the inspections department and maybe take the payroll, which I'm sure is enormous figuring in overtime escourting force unit officers to their next intended condemnation and foreclosure in the making, and use it for programs for disadvantaged youth and after school programs right at the schools and not some community center. When you distrurb the baby, the cradle will fall, does fall and is falling. The criminal age is falling as hopelessness rises. St. Paul has thrown out their crumbs to the pitiful and now is going to choke on the fatted feast it has been enjoying.
