14 E. Jassimine, news update!

Hi All,

You folks are not going to believe this. 14 E. Jessamine is still being assesed for property tax for the year 2006 & 2007 as if the house had never been demolished.

And last January it was written up by the city for having long grass. Figure that out, there was lots of snow on the ground. Did they shovel the snow off the grass and measure it? YEEEEKs!

Things are getting wackier and wackier! Beam me up Scotty!!!!

The grass is a joke. :-)

Damn just when I thought I could put the lawn mower away. Does anyone have any ideas on how we mow our lawn in the middle of Jan. Are we required to defrost our yard for inspection every week, maybe thats a new code the city has come up with, failure to comply requires a complete code compliance on the home. Who knows the city must be nuts!

I was just thinking, I wonder if I should send the county property tax department some photos of all the new repairs done on the home on Jessamine, maybe they would like to adjust the tax accordingly being that with $50,000 in repairs the value of this home must of went up so I would think the tax should also.As far as suing, I think I have some criminal issues to deal with in the city departments first. Just making sure I all evidence in order before I come forward with it. I am a citizen so I have to make sure I leave no loop holes for the city to slip through.

Some of you maybe happy to know I dropped 10 Watchdogs News papers off at Holst Construction Company in Wisconsin about 6 weeks ago.

Thought they might like to read about themselves. :-)

What a racket....how many of these properties are torn down and worth only the value of the lot, minus the assesment for the tear down, but the city collects the full tax as if the house weres till there and appreciating in value?

You try and run a business that way and see how long it takes them to put you in jail and say you are exploiting people!

This nothing new to anyone who has owned rental property. The city inspectors routinly cite the people they do not like for things that do not exist. This is a no brainer, I am suprised you would even mention it.

I just drove by the Jessamine youse a few hours ago. The garss is well over 8 inches high. MYbe the city should get their butt out there and cut it so it doesn't blihjt the neighborhood. It never looked like this when the old owner owned it and the house was standing.

Hey 1:58 do a spell check or something I can't even understand what the hell you're saying. And by the way Nancy owns the lot still, so she should get her butt out there and mow it.She should just sell the lot or give it back to the city so they can put something there that looks half way decent.Obviously Nancy doesn't give a damn.

I'm sorry about my spelling, I was in a hurry and to be honest, I'm used ot people being a little more tolerant with such petty things as spelling. Perhaps you could ask some of the oother posters what I am saying....it seems you are the onjly one who does not get it. Someone will glad to help you out.

What does that mean: "give it back to the city?" The city thinks it owns all private property? I'm under the impression that Nancy has no more ties at all to the city. Why are you all so angry? Are you afraid of some good old justice being served up in the future? I'm having a hard time digesting some the mentality being posted here.

Would you give a damn if someone came in and tore down your house after you stuck tens of thousands of into it, and they did it because of politics? I want to call you an idiot, but that doesn't seem to truly describe someone like you. Perhaps the others could give me some help with an appropriate term for your thinking.

And y'all sing a song o'praise for Chuck Repke. As you are brainwashed by gov ad., don't expect to come here and propagandize your cause and your idols! We don't trust nor particularily like government. Too many know-it-alls thinking they have the answers. Too much arrogance!!!

How about a puppet on a string. It has no soul and comes to life only when someone else is in control! And it dreams of becoming a "real man" someday, if it quits lying of course!

1:06 they wouldn't come and tear my house down because druggies and the bottom of the barrel don't live there. These types need to start contributing to our society instead of sucking the life out of it!!And if they don't let the suburds have their share.

It'a a good thing most people don't think, talk, have your logic or your depraved heart. I imagine you as a little, crabby man whose been hurt and stepped on and now who plays the blame game and everybody here should feel quite sorry for you.

Whoever the peice of shit is that wants the lawn mowed on Jessamine can go mow it himself if he don't like it! Some one with an atitude like yours is a waste of space and air. Do you have any friends I would think not, you poor lonely piece of shit. Hope you feel better now that I am talking on your level. Sucks to live in a world of your own I would imagine, nobody to care about and nobody cares about you!

I wish the trunk monkey would pay Mr. piece of shit a visit. Maybe the Trunk monkey could teach him some respect for other peoples propertie and what the city is doing to them.

6:37 and 6:44 all I said is that Nancy owns the lot still and should mow it----if the city does they'll charge her and all you dumb asses will want to get a trunk monkey. You all should go spank your monkey with all the time you have. Can't wait till the city takes the lot back and gives it to somebody who can build something there and offer it to an owner occupant who's not a behavioral problem.Get my drift!!!

I'm gettin your drift loud and clear buddy....you want some neighborhood non profit to come in and line their pockets on a new project that pays more in property tax than the old property, and you would probably prefer that Nancy was so hard up she could not continue to pay her mom off on the contract for deed and you could see the old lady eat dog food for retirement. These days, one needs a trunk monkey to stand gaurd on the property for when these pesky housing inspectors come calling.
