Gangs in St. Paul

Hi All,

Please click onto the title of this post for a story related to gang activity at Harding High school.

These boys need mentoring or some will become repeat offenders the rest of their lives and it will cost all of us more money and suffering in the long term.

Mentoring could change the face of corrections as we know it.

Fact is folks when you have a problem you address the source of the problem. The SOURCE is bad PARENTING. We have to turn these boys around. The only way to do that is to give them the tools emotionally to become productive citizens.

Mentoring programs will save us money! And over the long term ease the stress on our over populated prison system.

Right now prisoners in the Ramsey county jail are sleeping on the floor. Our prisons and jails are bursting at the seams. People get sentenced in court and they have to wait for an opening in jail to serve their time.

They should either: Make the parents attend school with their kids full time or put the kid and parents on house arrest and insist on homeschooling! That would save the rest of the school from having to put up with the behavior, put the responsibility back on the parent and save death and destruction from some innocent in the future.

Hi Bob, this doesn't belong with the subject at hand, but it's funny so I thought I'd post it here.

Subject: Left and right

One day a florist goes to a barber for a haircut. After the cut he
asked about his bill and the barber replies, "I'm sorry, I cannot accept
money from you. I'm doing community service this week." The florist is
pleased and leaves the shop.

Next morning when the barber goes to open his shop, there is a thank
you card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.

Later, a cop comes in for a haircut, and when he goes to pay his bill
the barber again replies, "I'm sorry, I cannot accept money from you.
I'm doing community service this week." The cop is happy and leaves the shop.

Next morning when the barber goes to open up there is a thank you card
and a dozen donuts waiting for him at his door.

Later a Republican comes in for a haircut, and when he goes to pay his
bill the barber again replies, "I'm sorry, I cannot accept money from you.
I'm doing community service t his week." The R epublican is very happy
and leaves the shop.

Next morning when the barber goes to open, there is a thank you card
and a dozen different books, such as "How to Improve Your Business" and
"Becoming More Successful."

Then a Democrat comes in for a haircut, and when he goes to pay his
bill the barber again replies, "I'm sorry, I cannot accept money from
you. I'm doing community service this week." The Democrat is very happy and
leaves the shop.

The next morning when the barber goes to open up, there are a dozen
Democrats lined up waiting for a free haircut.

And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between
left and right.

First -- Thing --- First
The Clothing Code Has To Be Address.
When these students dress like LOW LIFE's, That is how they feel about their self's.
We all know that when we look our best, We feel Better about your self.
Look back when we were in school, dress proper or get suspended.
This despair is caused by, the parent are not tough enough with these kids about how they dress.
The Parents Not spending Enough Time with them.
They feel like Big Kings in Gangs.
Is their a lack of caring, from the City ?
We Need More People Working, with these kids after school.
Thanks Bob --- Bill here

3:38, that's funny!

You know it wouldn't be so funny if it wasn't true.

I see Bill commented here. When Bill was down and out he got help from charities and in return Bill has been volunteering to help those that are needy for years now.

Good man, Bill Dahn, helping to feed those homeless and poor folk.

How much do you want to bet that they are not going anywhere?

The last I heard, someone inside the city has been providing information and documents to the plaintiffs and they had to hire a staff to process it all.

Okay you tipped your hand! You are scared because you are named in the lawsuit. Which is why you are always here and so quick with the responses. You better be scared and I hope you lose sleep at night over it too. Just as you did to a lot of innocent people. Driving them from their homes. Some have become ill and even died after the uneccessary, and I might add the illegal, stress that you put them under. So here you have it folks. The brown nosing bullies are coming out to play. They have stolen enough marbles and now they are going to pay.

There's only one "Almighty" and I don't think He's particularily too pleased with you right now. You are hinting about the city as if it were the Tower of Babel. Well that tower fell. It fell hard, it hit the dirt and disappeared. Then all inhabitants were dispersed to other lands after their language was confused. Lesson here is: the city is not powerful and will fall. Some will blab what they know. Some are going bye, bye to some other location. Still scared? good!

I think it's time for more information Bob. wasn't there a few defenseless older woman who were harrassed and totally ruined by the city, for nothing but some meeger little code issues and doesn't public housing have 10 times worse than these poor, sweet woman ever did? Didn't some become ill and even die resulting from the stress that the city code enforcement gestapo caused to them? These stories will eventually come out, but for now some don't know exactly what kind of people these code officers are.

Let the suburbs take their fair share of scum balls you landlords rent to.I can't even drive down the street without getting stared down.If we can take their houses away they will go bye. Then fill these houses with yuppies. They don't case problems.
