Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Subject: damges
On oct 27,2007 I try to to file a police report on property damges. Done by my tenant when she move out. the damges will cost me about $5,000.00. for repairs to the House. Now I no way on getting her to paid for the damges. She should be charge with destory personal property.
You write laws to force landlord fix their property or get code complicance. What about the tenant that destory the property??
I will send you the bill to fix the place. You (people) do not care about the landlord. WE (landlord) pay extra taxes. If I can police
services and if I have to hire my own police. Then you can not collect taxes from me. I will hire my police force on tuesday.
I will ask the tax court that I do not have to pay taxes. If I cannot gwet polices services. Why do I have to pay taxes??
You let these tenants destory homes and do not punished them. So, why should have fix my property??

This is so typical of the St Paul Police. I also am a landlord and went over to my property at the request of the neighbors who called me to complain that the renters friends were in the baqck of the property installing a stereo in a car and had been playing loud music all afternoon. When I asked them to stop and not work on cars any longer on my property, one of them chased me with a tire iron.
The response from the St Paul Police? They told me it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do.
Thanks a lot for the help guys! It was the last time I ever called the Police for anything.
Elect some more democrats and you'll get more of the same. They go out of their way to enable every anti social thing they can think of and they do it at the expense of everything that is good and traditional. If you don't like it, make sure there is a mix of Republican and Democrat when you vote this November. The problems would be the same if it were all republicans running the show.

All of you are slumlords. Leslie failed to shovel and someone died instead of condolences he make jokes about the deceased and her race. He goes through his tenant underwear drawer. he ask tenants for sex in exchange for rent payment. His daughter his an alcoholic who tears up his property when she mad.
Yeah blame the dems... when it's all of you. You all want to be higher than god. I wonder what god thinks about this. No wonder america going under.
