I read that article first thing this morning myself.. But you know that is the deal with the DNA technology, it can come to your rescue and prove your innocent or it can add to the evidence against you which it has in this cause. I also understand how hard it is for the family to see a family member remain in jail through the holidays.. I was there myself a few years ago during the holidays, it might be the wake up call this man needs. If they start reducing bail for the holidays how safe would we feel.. its not were the judge should pick and choose from the best sob story, I do feel for this family but that is the consequence a criminal pays and what the family goes through as a result of it. I remember several times getting out on bail facing time... no I did not return for the future court dates, the law found me. It is a very difficult thing to show up for court when you know you are looking at time and usally you really don't get much additional time for not showing so why bother is the attitude I had and most of the people I knew at that time ran also.. But thank god that is my past, this family needs to pray for their son in hopes he will get the much needed help he needs to move forward to a better life, this might be what it takes.

I wish them all the best...
Nancy
