Is Ch. 5 News misinformed or are the police lying to them?
Last night on CH. 5 I seen a report about the Gang Graffiti in Highland. It was reported 2 were arrested ages 18 & 19. Ch. 5 reported this as if it were the first time these 2 were arrested.It was not.
As you all remember my son was falsely arrested for this act, and he was so upset over his false arrest immediately after he got out of jail he went after these alleged dangerous gang bangers and assisted the police in apprehending the perps.
I guess they were released from custody and started spray painting graffiti in Bloomington. I can see why they went to Bloomington they got beat up for doing it here in our neighborhood and they kept getting caught by neighbors in the act of painting graffiti.
The "LIE". They aren't really part of a violent murderous gang. They only would like to be. They spray paint the real gangs graffiti all over as if they were the real bad gang bangers and they are not! Like I said their just SCRUBS, wanna be's.
I tend to believe it was probably the police who told channel 5 these were real bad guys belonging to a violent murderous gang. It makes them look better to get some dangerous gang bangers off the street verses some dumb kids.
Channel 5 interviewed my friend Paul and my sons girlfriend Judy. Paul manages the Marathon gas station and my sons girlfriend Judy works there.If the reporters had asked the right questions they would have found the truth in all of this.
My son still has emotional difficulty over the unwarranted police attention he has received.

God Bless your son Bob. My husband and I are praying for him.
If there were more kids like Buddy (Bob's son) we would have less crime in our neighborhoods.
I probably shouldn't say this but Buddy beat up a Crack Head last week who chose to smoke his dope outside the Sub Way sandwich shop in Sibley Shopping Center.
Buddy warned him not to smoke his dope there in public around people and this guy started a fight. He got beat up and I don't care. He hasn't been seen smoking crack in public since.
I am Bob's significant other of over 11 years. I'm proud to call Buddy my son!
If the news media were to only put the truth out in their news, the police wouldn't appear to be doing the job they claim to be doing. The news media picks out just the statements they feel will make there story more of a public interest, the results are that the story usually ends up giving you the wrong impression of what actually occured. Very rarely does the media give public attention to a citizen that has helped out with public safety issues, maybe if a person was recognized for what they do good instead of only the bad more people would speak up and help out, that choice could be left up to the individual. Bobs son should have been recognized as helping with the arrest of these punks, instead he spent time in jail and received an apology.Then on a second occasion he was arrested and beaten by the police, if thats the thanks you get for helping I would have to say "No Thanks". I personnaly feel he should of recieved more than that. I am very surprised that he continues to watch out for crime in his area after all the police have put him and his family through. Solution: GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE!

Channel 5 never tells the whole story. They have know about this landlords issue un St. Paul for years. they even went so far as to wire a house with sound & video when they had been tipped off that a housing inspector was comming. Another times they were waiting with cameras rolling when the housing onspectors showed up to a house that nothing wrong with it. They are not even telling the tip of the icebrg of what they know.
I forgot in my preious post that channel 5 was at the Jessamine house also and they never said anything about the true cndition of the house. They don't look for news, all they want is filler for their phoney news cast. No wonder their ratings were going down.

Behind the scene last night a lot of us neighbors seen unmarked cars in the neighborhood hanging out.
The old grape vein got to talking and the next thing you know we put together that the police were after these 2 guys.
My son knows all the hang outs and he was going to go looking for them. I talked him out of it. I thought for sure the police would figure some way to have him arrested.Or possibly beaten.
A summary of my sons experiences with the police in the recent weeks.
#1.Arrested falsely by the Saint Paul police on a charge he had nothing to do with.(Spray painting grafitti)Spent an entire night in jail.Released with an apology.
Fact- my son had caught these guys tagging the neighborhood on 2 different occasions and both times violence occurred.This was before my sons was arrested for the very acts he was trying to stop.
The police arrested my son on the word of a 17 year old girl who is friends with these guys who were just arrested for the second time on this graffiti painting.
She still hasn't been charged with "False Information to a Police Officer" concerning my sons arrest. Also, my son is not friends with these Graffiti painters.
My son was so angry about the arrest he helped apprehend the graffiti taggers when released from jail.
2. My son was defending a homeless family from an over zealous security guard at Sibley apartment. He was not at anytime on Sibley's property during this incident.The guard had followed the family off the property when my son confronted him.
My son had words with the guard for putting women and children out on the street who were visiting friends at the apartment complex.
The guard called the police on the family and he the guard was pointing at the family as the squad car pulled up. Instead the police unit drove past the family and right up to my son.One of the officers was involved in the false arrest the week before.
My son run for the security of my home. He no longer trust in the police after being arrested falsely.
The police caught him at my next door neighbors house who is a friend of mine and beat him before and after he was cuffed. As witnessed by the neighbor.
All along my son was screaming for help! I heard the beating and ran out back to see them beating him while cuffed in the alley before putting him in the car. Another neighbor also witnessed this.
They kicked and hit him in the kidneys so bad he urinated blood for 3 days.
He was charged with making threats to the security guard and get this> Hitting a police officer!
The court proceeding are still pending. My son has numerous witnesses. One of my sons witnesses is the nephew of ex-city counsel man Blakley. My son's closes friend.
#3. My son walked down the alley he see's a car full of Asians threatening our Asian neighbors. My kid runs them off. He's big and he can get real aggressive. He's standing in the back yard with the Asians neighbors he helped and the police roll up. They walk right over to my son and start giving him the third degree.Inspite of the fact the Asian family was pleading with them that my son is a good guy!
Ironically, these neighbors live next door to the neighbors that my son stopped the spray painting taggers at the second time.
A neighbor who had been watching came and got me and the police released my son to me because he was extremely intoxicated.
He's been a damn drunk since they arrested him for no reason at all!
#4. 3 weeks ago my son caught kids breaking into the neighbors across the street garage. He and the neighbor both feared calling the police to report it.Obvious reasons.
The kids who were caught have been working off hours with the neighbor, mowing grass etc. mostly talking to them to put a face on their victim.
#5. My son confronted a crack dealer addict smoking crack right out side of the Subway Sandwich shop at Sibley Shopping Center in front of small children.
The crack head started swinging his fist at my son and hitting him. My son has the hit me at least twice rule, then he defends himself.
The crack head hasn't been back. Got beat up, to bad! I hope he gets help for his addiction. He should have more sense and smoke some place private if thats his thing.
That's how my son has been taught. And if anyone don't like it. I don't care. I've taught my son to be a man in my image, so blame me if you don't like it!
Our neighborhood will be a good place to live as long as neighbors like myself, my son, and a couple of other home owners on our block confront concerns in our neighborhood.
My son offered these wanna be gang bangers who were painting graffiti jobs the first time he caught them spray painting graffiti. So it's not all brawn and no brains.
My son has gotten a lot of SHIT from the police trying to be a good neighbor! THATS FACT!
