How many more times is it gonna take before some judge steps up and puts a stop to all of this? It is happening more and more frequently, and the victims are becoming more and more innocent. Don't people realize this could happen to their grandparents or their parents or their children. Why does it have to happen to someone you care about before these people see that its not the way things should be done? It really hurts me to see how selfish people have become to not even care about what is happening to other families. Families are being ripped apart, children are being traumatized by being put in strangers homes only to find out later that some of these foster homes actually abuse the foster children. Nobody will care about the children more than their biological parents. Some parents make mistakes, some bigger than others. I know because I made some big mistakes and very bad choices myself. But these issues can all be handled with the proper care that they should get,and work to keep families together. It requires alot of care and encoragement. If no one is supportive of a person, it give the person a feeling that makes them just give up on themselves. Addiction is a disease and one that can happen to anyone! Keep that in mind when you look down on someone for being an addict of drugs or alcohol. It was not in there package of goals for their life either, but it happened.

Looks to me like some drunk couldn't leave the neighbors alone and the City finally done the neighbors a favor.

So you see even West St. paul City counsel has some smarts!

We will see how smart they are when the lawsuits come through. We will also see how smart you think you are when your taxes go up to pay for the lawsuits!
