This woman is not stupid and the fact that they do not have the file before them is going to mean something in the future because she seems to be setting them for around that.

This video shows that the city council members had already made their decision on what the outcome would be long before Nancy stood up to speak her part, so of course they didn't have or feel like they needed to have the file in front of them. The council members had no intentions of hearing anything Nancy had to say, the decisions were already made. Yet I believe this was what was referred to as a hearing for Nancy. That is some system they have going, no rights or repect for the citizen at all.

What the video shows was that the council had two issues to decide:
Was the building vacant and if so, had it been brought up to code?

Nancy's discussion about procedure to get the building on a list is meanless and the hardship issue isn't one that they get any options on.

So, again this is one more case that even though the council might appear to be tough, they are treating the nice people the same way as the landlords that are suing them.

Looks like another one the proves the landlords have no case.

Chuck,

I am going to enjoy seeing you eat your words.

Look up the legal definition of NOTICE.

Obviously, the people in government at the city of St. Paul can't read, or understand that there is a requirement of NOTICE to their actions taken against the properties.

Remember our discussion about allodial title, and I suggested that we all just come over and take your property? WITHOUT NOTICE.

That is what the government in St. Paul did with our house. They TOOK it through the "vacant building" designation
...WITHOUT NOTICE.

And that whole portion of the video, where the council did not have the file on the property? That's RICO. It is a conspiracy by the council to FRAUD the public into thinking that there is an actual hearing. No file, no hearing.

Nancy, I wish you the best of luck, but we have been through this before.

The City is only required to give notice to the owner of record, which they did by mailing to the owner on the Ramsey County Property tax records.

Notice was given, and no one appealed.

The house was vacant, and it hasn't been brought up to code.

Case Closed. The Council doesn't need any other information. The council can't treat a nice lady like Nancy any diferrently than they would a known slum lord.

That is what the landlords are arguing that they have been targetted. Nancy's case is another example of how everyone is being treated the same.

It shows that the city is target

well, chuck maybe you need to talk
to dave about this matter.

The house were rental at one time.
That why they target by the great
city of St.Paul. So, no one will buy them or fix them up.

chuck ask dave how many units are emepty with public housing angency?

I didn't say I never talk to Dave. I said I don't speak for Dave. I like Dave, I support Dave, but I don't ask Dave what to think or write. I have been active and involved in this town for thirty years, my opinions are my own.

Mr Lucht as I have mentioned before, go to the candidates web pages that are running against the incumbants. Most of them think the council is to easy on bad landlords. In Ward 2 Hosko says that Thune is way to easy on them and that he would increase the size of DSI.

You can't vote for Dahn... So, good luck to you if the current office holders leave.
