Whoever in the city was " Improperly documenting the circumstances " in order to get nearly 200 Million in Federal Grant's needs some serious prison time !!! I mean nobody improperly document's circumstances when we are dealing with that kind of money. Cover up under way and alot of people new about what was going on !!

Something's rotten in Denmark (actually St. Paul). One lie led to another to another. It is time justice starts to prevail. Jeff, you are right, that someone needs to do serious prison time.

I want to make a comment about the Inustice in Ramsey County Court House against Minorities.
I paid court fees to to file a suit against a Managment company for not returning my security deposit. The Managment Company failed to monitor the tenants in my property. The tenants made significant damages to my property and got away. The tenants allow other people to live in house and the Managment company failed to monitor it.
The Judge heard me only for less than four minutes. The company presented to the Judge fake invoices and the Judge accepted them. The company never sent me those invoices to verify if they were real.
Minorities are going to continue suffering discrimination in the court room at Ramsey County Court House.
