The kind of thuggery we've come to expect from them. It's not just in Detroit. I was told of an incident where in St.Paul's trashy east side, thugs and punks EXACTLY like these were stealing bikes in broad daylight, right on peoples doorsteps using bolt cutters . Cops do nothing and in this video we learn that it took nine hours for cops to respond !!
Well we learn that their police chief has been suspended for unprofessional conduct.
We had a police chief in St. Paul named William "Corky" Finney who was just like this. His friends were selling drugs to school kids and Finney covered for them.
