Bloomberg/ New Jersey Case May Upend Home Loan Discrimination Rules
City St.Paul has crossed the Line again re: Richard Ostaba 1507 York DAM Bostrom aka Boss Tweed heinous behavior to kick out 87 yr old Man is Bizzare, If in Fact Richard dies in the Next coming months, then a Conspiracy to Committ Murder must be levied against the Entire City Council Watch the Video www.sicko-cityst.paul.blogspot.com
The gentleman is a renter and the owner refuses to fix the roof. Flat out not going to do it.
What the hell should the City do?
As to the New Jersey case, this is similar to the Saint Paul case, but you can see why the banks would have rather had the Saint Paul case in front of the courts first.
In this one the City is buying property. No E.D., no condemnation, just picking up what is on the market for the potential of redevelopment.
The court in the worse case would order them to either repair and rent or sell the property... complete its plan. Doubt that it will have the same impact on FHA.
