I love these Property Rights guys. Where exactly in the constitution is there any right to property listed other than in the Fifth amendment when it spells out that the government can take property with just compensation?
Every shovel full of dirt in the United States is first and foremost a part of the United States and then the several states. Your right to the land you own comes from that State giving you the right to own land. Less than 100 years ago women could not own land in many of the states.... 150 years ago in some states you couldn't own land based on the color of your skin.

It's nice that it all belongs to you to do with as you please, Chuck.
Yeah and we have seen time and time again how they work the just compensation thing.
That means I have the right to shit on Repkes front lawn since the Government is we the people LoL !!!
10:21 No, what it means is that you are not allowed to shit on my front lawn because the government/the state/we the people have determined that property owners have certain rights to enjoy their property. It is "we" all of us who make those determinations by the laws that we create. All property rights come from the indevidual state's legislations that set up deed and title rights.
The unpatriotic, disloyal, thugs who declare that they have some god given right to to use and abuse their property over the right of the nation/state/people to make sure that the public is safe or that they are not detracting from someone else's enjoyment of their property drives me crazy.
Their unpatriotic rants that they have the right to do as they please through some unwritten constitutional protection that doesn't exist is insane.
