I know, what Swifty would like is if the City went after the property owners as vacant buildings and demo'ed them.

You guys are so consistant.

The City doesn't own the brewery it is trying to atract developers to do something with it.

I thought this was the site where we didn't want the City knocking down things????

Yes, I am on the Charter Commission, but Gloria is on the Board of Zoning Appeals, she hasn't been on the Charter Commission.

This is my first time on the commission and we are looking at redistricting. Feel free to let me know if you have any feed back.

The current numbers are that Ward one needs more numbers added to it. It is down over 3,000.

So, the question to the board is do you simply fix ward one by moving 1,500 to 2,000 people into ward one or do we actually look at all of the borders and adjust all of the wards.

Generally, all of the wards will look pretty much the same, but the questions will be what areas do you add to ward one and while you are at it can you reconnected Kipps Glen to the rest of District 9 where it was for the first 20 years of the Wards and can you reconnect Railroad Island with the rest of the East side or do they have to stay where they were put ten years ago.

And, who knows there may be more issues.
