Leave it to these non profits and government suckers. They are afraid to death of having to mortgage their beloved property and run a business the way the rest of the world does. Sickening!
Buy the poor on "PHA" a trailer home, the cost will surprise the average person.
Years back I seen 2-3 story stacked trailer homes on concrete slabs in Vadnais heights Minnesota. and that should save on land space.
