This was posted in the Dayton's Bluff District Forum. Personally I was wondering why the city didn't notify us here at A Democracy to post an announcement. After all this is the only place landlords gather in numbers and everyone knows it.
Here is the notice.
Rental property owners and managers can attend a workshop to learn more about management of rental property.
The next training is Wednesday March 11, 2009 from 8:30 to 4:30 p.m. at the Western District Police Offices at 389 Hamline near I94.
The workshop includes information on leases, lease addendum, tenant screening, narcotics identification, working with law enforcement, eviction action, and crime prevention through environmental design.
For more information or to register call RuthAnn at 651-266-5451.
I telephoned RuthAnn of the police department, folks. She wasn't in. I left a message requesting she notify us of these annoucements so I can post a notice here. We will see if she returns my call.
