So, now you are a Republican activist? Finally coming out of your bs libertarian closet? Good the losers can use some numbers on their side.

NetRight is the online MOVEON.org of the right.

Gregg would be his THIRD Republican appointed to high Secretary level positions.

The The President understands, as many economists do, that each $1 of tax cuts generates about 75 cents of stimulus, while spending on programs that employ workers inside the United States, generates $1.50 of stimulus for each $1 spent. These programs include spending on infrastructure maintenance, education, health care and new energy projects. Both tax cuts and spending programs are needed to push our country forward.

The Republicans stood in unison against then President Clinton’s economic stimulus package of 1993. That stimulus plan of 1993 helped to deliver the greatest expansion of economic security our country has seen. Today, as they were in the past, the Republicans are on the wrong side of this issue.

The Union Payoffs?
What are the 4 things republicans are against?

1. Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay.

This is a bill that simply states that women who work in the same place doing the exact same job as men, for the exact same time, should be getting the exact same pay. The Republicans say this will lead to more law suits. Well, don't discriminate and it won't. Isn't that what you landlords say to city?

2.Employee Free Choice Act.

This allows workers to utilize card check as well as secret ballots if they choose to form a union. Card check is hated by management because it's quick and by the time they try to retaliate the workers are protected. Its a blatant lie that it takes away a workers right to a secret ballot. You can read the EFCA online at numerous places.

3.SEIU and the teachers unions, that are getting huge payoffs in the $819 billion “stimulus” package in the form of grants to the state and county governments.

Grants for education and county budgets help who? Without grants, how do school districts and county government get revenue? Property TAXES!!! Property Rights advocates should understand this.

4. $40 billion in infrastructure and transportation spending in the “stimulus” bill too are kickbacks to the construction unions.

Most construction jobs are not union, most of these jobs will be training in new people for them. Like Roosevelt did. Anyway, to look across this country and say that we don't our roads and bridges fixed is ludicrous. If you have doubt, drive across the Hwy52 bridge over the river.

I am familiar with the Club for Growth, which sponsor that site. Its a far right wing faction, that monetary and economic policies. They have no use for the working class and believe they should be lucky that the rich give them work and that's the only rights they deserve.

True to their mission, they are trying to continue their assault on the middle and working classes by dividing among issues. Mos of you on here are not rich, but support what Bob posted. Why? Because it appeals to emotion over fact and logic.

My points on their spin are backed up by fact and by logic. You are free to look it up yourself.

In that cartoon on the front page, who was driving that train when it broke down? Bush and the Republicans.

This post is an insult to working people and people are watching our economy tank and jobs disappear. Its a spin on a tired line that has been rejected by the voters. Gregg and the Lilly Ledbetter Act are good things. Unless you plan on doing bad things.

You wouldn't post any racist stuff from anyone because its not what you believe in. Why would forward any political stuff? Send an email back with a link to how to post here. Hell, they can do it like most people and post it anonymously.
