Oh no, West Saint Paul has always been such a decent place.
Now it has shown up on the radar, including its PACE program, a complaint driven system that may infringe on human and property rights.
I sure hope West Saint Paul has not made the same wrong turn as St. Paul. There are no shortcuts to making and maintaining a quality community.
West St Paul Lied to be able to get a restraining order against Noel because he was trying to blow the whistle on what is now coming out about the city council over there.
