Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

LOL!!!!! Frogtown is a piece of shit and everyone knows it. Trying to buy people and business in to the neighborhood is going to backfire like all of their other feel good projects.
This is not the answer. You need to get new housing and better police. Stop all this bull shit feel good stuff. Stop all low income housing projects. And Start
taxes all non-profits, Like pha
buildings and other stuff.
Tear down all vacant homes and sell
the lot to the public. And put the money in fund to help people to build new homes in frogtown.
Mr Mayor you need to to get real.

Who is paying the tax bill. Not the low income people. Its us the hard working people and lanlords.

The sad truth here boys is that these liberal folks love the federal and state dollars.Look at St.Paul,they can't survive on the money they bring in.They believe government is the answer and free enterprise is satin.
The housing issue is this.Regulate ,inspect ,code to the max until we break and can't be in business anymore.Its not hard to put a landlord out of business.These liberal folks believe that PHA is the only ones that can house low income.To a point their right.Ten reasons why:
1.They get federal dollars.
2.They don't need to make a profit.
3.The city regulates them different than the private landlords.
4.Free law enforcement on duty and living in their complexes 24-7.
5.No property taxes.
6.Automatic market rate rents.
7.Money gaurenteed.
8.Waiting list 6,000 deep.
9.Work with the city to create policy to help save and make money.
10.No advertising fees.
And the list could go on.We know that the city targets landlords with the same tenants as PHA.
