Hi All,

Last week I announced a new federal lawsuit would be filed against the City of Saint Paul.

I have heard through the grape vine the filing has been delayed shortly due to recent developments of more incriminating information against the city. This information has to be added to the complaint.

As soon as this case is filed I will post it.

Thanks Bob for the update.

I see that today at 11:00 AM that the mayors of St. Paul and Minneapolis (Coleman and Rybak) are going to present the new Motto for the two cities:

"More to Life"

I've heard that the e mails have been excellent for the plaintiffs. The city is going to have a hard time explaining themselves.

Keep up the good work Seeba. This case is going to make you look like a fool.Start packing your desk.

Good luck all plaintiffs.I'm watching every move.

More to life? What a joke, what ever happened to the "most liveable city in the world?" These people are going to leave quite the legacy behind!

The mayors have the new motto partly correct, but is should read "20 years to life imprisonment!" to describe the new spirit in the city.

Bob

You are wrong

I know someone in the ongoing lawsuits against the city and the reason it has been delayed is because there are city employees who are now giving the plaintiffs information concerning the city's dirty dealing with property owners. They thought it was significant enough to postphone the filing with the new plaintiffs until their investigator has cultivated the info. Should be interesting.

You should run a weekly contest with a free dinner to the person who can most closely guess how many people will eventually wind up suing St Paul.

The numbers will be staggering 10:14. After the first lawsuit is won there will be people coming from everywhere to find the free Attorneys who will bring their cases. Bet the farm on that.
