It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Hi All,
There is 2 officers of the Saint Paul Police department I'd like to personally escort to JAIL!
The both of them tazed an unconscious intoxicated man to wake him up. The first tazer wasn't enough so they decided to use 2 tazers to arouse him.
There will most definitely be a lawsuit!
I will print more on this story in the future when the proceedings begin.

I just cannot wait until the day when law abiding poeple start attacking the Police because of their NAZI style interaction with citizens. We will see that day eventually.

The Police have become so politicized that they work harder at carrying out political agendas than they do enforcing the law. Everyone thinks community policing is so goos, but look at what it has actually done for you....NOTHING! Community Policing is nothing more than an excuse to shift the blame for the problem somewhere else. The proof is in the results. Has St Paul gotten anybetter with it? HELL NO! All we get year after year is blame the landlord for everything the neighborhood doesn't feel good about. Who on the east side, frogtown or northend can actually say their neighborhood has gooten better in the last 15 years?

I don't even want to stop for red lights or stop signs in them areas!
I thought tazers were to be used to subdue uncontrolable people. Seems like using this method for waking someone up could be pretty dangerous if not fatal. Perhaps the police dept. shouldn't hire bullys and some training in human relations could help.
Bad Cop's rule the city.
Were the cops dunk at the time this happen.
Or do all cops feel that they are above the law.
Gee, Maybe they are.
I use to have confidence in our city government. Not anymore.
