Through out the 60's and 70's the Irvine Park neighborhood was riddled with dumpy rental properties, many of these magnificant homes have been restored.

Yes Dave Thune, do what you can to raise the value of "your" property at the expense of the tax payers.
You Never cared to much about others over the years and we have seen how greedy St.Paul's Mafia has became, but there are some of us that have no fear of your SS Gestapo City Government or the im threatened of imprisonment that I was told to shut up or else.

Next THUNE and HIS BUDDIES are Lacking a sense of responsibility; unreliable or untrustworthy people running St.Paul including St.Paul Mayor Chris Coleman, and he was a ward 2 councilman before he moved up the crooked ladder with his crimes against us the poorer people of St.Paul.

These next few months will show St.Paul that Bill Dahn will being out with the fact about the conspired afford of the City of St.Paul to shut me up about the insulation RAP was installing that was banned in CANADA for having 1.51 PPM formaldehyde in it.
Remember Butt Heads?
Jesse, and Dean was in my home and spoke out in my behalf until he was elected and the video I had of the bribe that shows that the BIGGEST Conspired Afford was the one Jesse Ventura, and Dean Barkley did at my home on July 19, 1998 and the video can be seen on YOUTUBE

YouTube - JESSE VENTURA AND DEAN BERKLEY BRIBING BILL DAHN TO CHANGE POLITICAL PARTIES

Remember how on Aug. 9, 2010 The Mayor sent Two "SS SWAT Boys" to my home to intimidate me about a
E Mail about the Sholom Nuring Home, and the effects of pockets of "gasoline" in the bedrock under the nursing home.
Let ALL start laughing now, Because he who laughs last, LAUGHS BEST.

Bill Dahn is just one of St.Paul's "WHISTLE BLOWERS" !
Merry Christmas To All The Believers.

I know at one time Chris Coleman was a believer, but who knows what greed can do to the best of men?

The only thing these city government people believe in is pocket money, they make off the stupidity of the tax payers.

Bill - read the story. The fountain was hit by a car. The driver will have to pay for the work on the fountain. No tax payers will have to pay for the repairs... not that it should be a concern of yours since you haven't paid taxes in the twenty years I have known you.

Hi Chuck
The big thing is not who pays but why does the richer areas of St,Paul get their area property sites restored and You as Thune's aide let the city cover up about the insulation used by Ramsey Action Program aka RAP in the poorer class peoples homes.
My Lawyer got it straight from RAP in a letter, that they did over 200,000 other homes in MN with this same insulation and Senator Sandra L. Pappas (DFL) District 65 worker Anne Cook had mine tested and it was 1.51 PPM Formaldehyde and you never dispute that and it should be at .10 PPM formaldehyde or under, not 15 times over
Who was my "lawyer at the time?
Dean Barkley!
That house at 256 W. Morton St in St.Paul caused the Democratic Party more trouble then they thought possible.
Ask Jesse Ventura how he feels now about screwing Bill Dahn and his pay back from the all mighty is his health and all the money in the world can't buy him a long life.
Jesse is one year younger then I and he looks 20 years older at least, Norm and Skip went down the drain in 98 because I ran for governor.
SO PAY BACK ARE HELL, But by knowing the "Lord" as my "Savior" I am happier then most rich people and Jesse, Dean, Norm, Chris Coleman, Thune, Chuck and Eric, REMEMBER what they say about money???
YOU CAN'T TAKE IT WITH YOU WHEN YOU !
So all the people that helped cover RAP's ass about BAD INSULATION, I Have One Thing To Say To You all.
I Love You for helping me be able to SPEAK , I stuttered till 1999 and now I can out talk any of them.
You All Helped Make The Name Bill Dahn a Name that will go down in HISTORY.
Merry Christmas and a Happier New Year to all.

Bill....read the story...

It is about a bunch of neighbors who banded together to take on the government and get their neighborhood improved. They stopped the City's plan to tear down the houses and turn the land into industry.

Its about average people fighting the government.

Bill, they did that by working together not by whining and suing and looking for people with big names and bigger egos to make things better for them.

THUNE
IRVINE PARK
ST PAUL MN

January 2, 2007 January 2, 2008 Assessment Date
Tax Payable Year

Payable 2008
$476,300
Payable 2009
$476,300

Bellow is off the toung of Bill Dahn

What will his property be wroth after the renovation of the fountain?

Maybe 1/2 million plus, This Fountain is in ward 2, and that just happens to be where Thune live by the fountain, he is the councilmen in that area.

Why did you turn you back on Bill Dahn and the BAD Health Problem with His House with that formaldehyde soaked insulation that your friends at RAP and NSP was donating JUNK FURNACES to RAP to install in the poor peoples homes, it could have been repaired for 8 to 10 thousand dollars and the city call Bill Dahn a THEAF, LIAR and a Extortionist.
Now Bill Dahn CALLS the City everything but "honest".

I would never say don't fix the fountain, I visited my family there growing up from 5 yo. and it was just a few door from Dave's place.

Me and my lady friends dined once or twice a week at Forepaugh's Restaurant
276 South Exchange St. when they opened that was before I became disabled and poor.
I proved that my home was ruined by RAP and their Contractors over and over.

Bill, you are such a sad little man.

The appraised value on property in a location like Irvine Park already assumes the fountain is up and running... not that it has been hit by a car and has been broken into several pieces.

What is interesting in looking at Thune's property assessed value is that he hasn't gone to Ramsey County to have the tax value lowered to lower his taxes. I am betting that if you found anyone that would offer Dave $476,300.00 on his house today in this real estate market, he would take it in a hot second.

So, Bill it would appear to me that living next to a broken fountain is costing him money, and he is paying way too much taxes.

Why bother?

If it gets fixed, Bucky Thune will just start showering in it again.

They should at least make him drag his car off it, though, and add to his backyard junk sculpture.

From the link:

"By 1978, the city had enough. The big old houses had become flophouses for the homeless and down on their luck..."

Didn't Bucky flop in there about '76?
