Conscience is the light of the Soul that burns within the chambers of our psychological heart. It is as real as life is. It raises the voice in protest whenever anything is thought of or done contrary to the righteousness. Conscience is a form of truth that has been transferred through our genetic stock in the form of the knowledge of our own acts and feelings as right or wrong. A virtuous and courageous person can alone use the instrument of conscience. He or she can alone hear the inner voice of the soul clearly. In a wicked person this faculty is absent. The sensitive nature of his / her conscience has been destroyed by sin or corruption. Hence he or she is unable to discriminate right from wrong. Those who are leading organizations, business enterprises, institutions and governments should develop this virtue of the ability to use their own conscience. This wisdom of using the clean conscience will enable them to enjoy the freedom.

Essling could be this guy's brother and Steve Magner is not far behind.
How did Magner ever explain those pictures of him at Nancy's house and the red pickup?
magner doesn't have to explain himself to you peasants, don't you realize who he is---KING MAGNER -Monday to Friday and CAPTAIN MAGNER on the week end
This sounds like every day happening in St.Paul Code En"force"ment and a little more pocket money for these inspector when they let stuff slide at these big companies.
We here about cases from all over the USA, the same thing but different names, we all have our own opinions about St.Paul Code Enforcement and their operation of getting some landlords to go belly up and some even became homeless and then that cost the tax payer for feeding and housing this one time landlord to a level that they have to stand on a corner with sign saying homeless just to get by after the city targeted him and others in the city and they couldn't even live in the home after the inspectors go though.
This also happens to renter that are in some of these apartment's or Apartment Complexes.
The St. Paul Code SS are making these good people homeless.
It might be Emperor Magner, but the emperor has no closthes.

Bob, we see any city in the USA can be corrupt, they can use "code Violations" to take peoples home, property and use threats and intimidation then steal from the people.
How in St.Paul the HOBBS Act is just two words and not the Federal Law like we all have to obey.
In Small towns or Big towns we have someone in authority that feel they can use the Code-Man to seal from its people.
Greed and Corruption controls every one from OBOMA, down to Chris Coleman to Magner & Essling and you Don Luna - tic is big on kissing his way up St.Paul latter of secess.
