HR 347 should never have been passed and Obama should never have signed it.
I can't believe I am agreeing with someone on Faux News...
John Adams couldn't get away with it... Dick Nixon tried to have it and now, since 911 he have had between Bush and Obama an ever restricting limitation on our ability to protest the government.
As we watched in Saint Paul four years ago only one elected official in Minnesota would stand up for the protesters rights to protest the GOP convention and now... with the support of both parties Obama signs a bill that allows the secret service to determine when your free speach rights are suspended and speaking out becomes a felony.
Its a sad, sad day.
