Judging from the comments at the Pioneer Press some citizens are wondering why the city declared a snow emergency. Citizens are wondering if the city is picking the citizens pockets.

Shocking! This same city council (Lantry and Thune) made hay about Norm Coleman raising fees, but they have no problem with doing this crap under Chris Coleman.
Difference one is a Republican and the other is a Democrat.
Can we say double standard?
