Miss Paulose made a public statement denying the allegations. Innocent people stand up and declare their innocence's publicly when accused of wrong doing.
Does anyone ever remember a Saint Paul City official denying the RICO allegations?
The "Dysfunction" is not confined to the US Attorny's office, government in general in Minnesota is "Dysfunctional."
After reading this article the thought of that isiot Eric comes to mind when he always discredits anything that is asid or alleged by anyone who remain "Anonymous" with regard to their identity. Who in their right mind would give their real name if they had some dirt on someone?
She has been under fire since being appointed. If I am correct her background both education and court room has created a real concern about her abilities to do the job and has made it dificult to lead a group of very capable lawyers.

The Democrats have problems with Paulose because both her undergraduate and law degrees come from "right wing christian" schools and she has no experience in front of the bench. No significant cases.

Some DEMOCRAT lawyers within the Attorney Generals office had decided they did not appreciate Attorney General Poulose's objectives. So they initiated a smear campaign to discredit her.
Imagine being in a leadership position in the attorney generals office and you have subordinates that just won't get with the program. And they instigate trouble at every available oppurtunity. This is the case within the attorney generals office.
Like a manager or owner of any other business, if the "Subordinates" will not do what they are asked, they get the axe. What's so hard to understand about that?
I haven't read anything like that here Repke and I am new, and I don't believe you. If you are sleeping a lawyer or whatever, it's probably a lawyer with just an armchair degree and just doing it for a hobby. I'm not fooled as easily as some of the others here.

There were so many of those nuts appointed, I figured she was one.

Bob, liars, criminals and corrupt individuals also deny allegations to (O.J., Tom Delay, Larry Craig).
Paulose is an interesting story as its an example of sometimes bureaucrats can be so incompetent that even their subordinates can't work with them. The Justice Department is investigating itself and doing a pretty good job of it.

How about the old US Attorney General for Minnesota?
His name was Tom Heffelfinger, he was Jesse Ventura's 'lawyer" in 1998 when Jesse was running for governor.
He was sent out to Still-Water Minnesota to get a sworn affidavit from James Kane, and how Tom met Kane at a restaurant and took his 6 page transcript of the negotiations between Jesse Ventura, Dean Barkley, Kane and Dahn on July 19,1998.
Kane was Dahn's Lt.Gov. in the 1998 election.
Remember Kane was bribe by Jesse and Dean Barkley, it talks about Tom Heffelfinger in Leslie Davis book Always Cheat The "Philosophy Of Jesse Ventura" This show how good a lawyer is on breaking the laws he or she learn in college.
Is there any lawyer that are honest, look at Dean Barkley when he as a lawyer and Jesse's campaigned manager.
Then Barkley a will known lawyer was appointed to Paul Wellstone's seat as US Senate in the fall of 2002, by Jesse.
