Yes, it is great to see the support the family is receiving from people all over the country including many law enforcement officers, now its time for justice to be served. This family has suffered and waited more than long enough for justice.

The fact no charges have been filed in this case all these years has put a dark shadow on local government.

The Saintly City is earning a reputation of years gone by.

This blog has painted a picture of numerous shady dealings from the State, Saint Paul City Council to the Ramsey County Attorneys office.

This Saintly City is tainted with bureaucrats who will do anything to cover each others ass!

The local media is failing because blogs like this one print the news they choose to ignore.

I am afraid the only justice the Winn family will get is public humilation of suspects through venues like this. OR,time will tell and the political tides may change then justice will prevail.

If this was a white man killing this woman, the FBI would be in here in a flash and they'd leave no rock unturned.

St Paul is going to have a rude awakening some day and when they do there'll be hell to pay for those who have "looked the other way" in so many serious matters.

11:35, if it was a white man involved in local politics it wouldn't matter. He would have "Bureaucrat Diplomatic Immunity. This is extended to all who kiss each others ass in local politics.

Justice delayed is Justice denied. The reason nothing has been done is because the issue is a poltical hot potatoe and the leaders in St Paul do what they always do the best....stick their heads in the sand. I think the city has a huge liability in covering up this Murder and I hope the family sues you all the way to China and back!

They are, but no one knows what about. I have a friend that was interviewed by them a couple months ago, but the questions they asked were so all over the place he couldn't figure out what they wanted. The fact that he owned rental propety makes me think that it was about the landlord lawsuits, but this guy is not a part of that so who knows? We'll find out in 5 or 10 years down the road!

This is just a bunch of Politics but it's going to backfire eventually on the city. Sooner or later the Devil will come from here from Hell to collect the guilty and he's going to need a big transoport rig to get them all back where they belong. You listening Finney?
