Below is an excerpt from the City Council agenda.

I have decided I am going to go and interview the residence of these homes and make sure Gladys Kravitz isn't after them.

5.

Letters from the Department of Safety and Inspections/Nuisance Building Enforcement declaring 970 Concordia Avenue, 1016 Edgerton Street, 64 Garfield Street, 992 James Avenue, 472 Minnehaha Avenue East, 1457 Mechanic Avenue, 1471 Mechanic Avenue, and 1185 Payne Avenue as nuisance properties. (For notification purposes only; public hearings will be scheduled at a later date if necessary.)

Bob, they threw away the mould after they made you.

You are policing law enforcement, it doesn't get any better than that!

How in your face! RADICAL!

Looking forward to your report..

Bob - the City's parks department is out there mowing the lawn at 1471 Mechanic now - 8:25 am Friday morning.

Bob, the two on Mechanic are in District 2, you could have emailed me and I would have told you what the issue is and who the owner is. I am suprised that 1445 Mechanic isn't on the list, yet, it should be too.

Let me know what you find out or email me and you can find it out quicker.

They should just declare City Hall a nuisance property, and board it up.

Either that or remodel it with jail bars.

But Bob....if you goto Repke for the "skinny" on the story, it'll be slanted with the same old pro city BS. Repke is sharp and I enjoy reading some of the contrversy back and forth with him, but he has a very obvious bias, and I don't want that to get in the way of the truth. I wanna hear the real facts, not something spun, twisted and distorted to jst support following the same failed policies that benifet the "good ol boys club" here in town.

OK Bob its Saturday, I got tired of waiting for you to get the info.

The houses on Mechanic are owned by a development group out of Mendota Heights that have been buiding the town houses across the street for them. Its a developer that the City has been working with.

The houses are being held for future development. The City wrote them up like anyone else.

If the developer would of been Renovations Inc.you all know the code compliance would be much less than it is for the average homeowner, the average homeowner also does not get all the financing benifits that these developers get yet the homeowners are required to do more work.
