Man gets probation for having sex with dead deer

SUPERIOR, Wis. - A 20-year-old Superior man received probation after he was convicted of having sexual contact with a dead deer.

The sentence also requires Bryan James Hathaway to be evaluated as a sex offender and treated at the Institute for Psychological and Sexual Health in Duluth, Minn.

"The state believes that particular place is the best to provide treatment for the individual," Assistant District Attorney Jim Boughner said.

Hathaway's probation will be served at the same time as a nine-month jail sentence he received in February for violating his extended supervision.

He was found guilty in April 2005 of felony mistreatment of an animal after he killed a horse with the intention of having sex with it. He was sentenced to 18 months in jail and two years of extended supervision on that charge as well as six years of probation for taking and driving a vehicle without the owner's consent.

Hathaway pleaded no contest earlier this month to misdemeanor mistreatment of an animal for the incident involving the deer. He was sentenced Tuesday in Douglas County Circuit Court.

"The type of behavior is disturbing," Judge Michael Lucci said. "It's disturbing to the public. It's disturbing to the court."

Some months ago I said we needed an island for sex offenders. Some place we could drop them off and they could fend for themselves if we gave them some tools, seed and livestock.

What the hell could we do with this guy?

The island sounds intriquing, but deer can swim

Maybe Mayor Chris Coleman needs an island of his own?

Steve Manger has all of the building supplies he took from the East side.

Maybe this guy could inhabit the island with Magner

Doesn't it seem strange that with all of the allegations and accusations against Magner for stealing building materials ( pictures too } there has never been any kind of investigation? I would assume it would lead someone to believe they are all in bed together on promoting their outrageous behavior.

They are not doing any investigations of the Magner incident for the same reason the City Council is trying to get their court to order that they do not have to give a Deposition to the property owners that are suing the city. It should be very obvious that they have something to hide. Now all we have to do is figure out what it is!

So, some pervert screwing a deer is led back to the plight of the slumlord. Bob, what happen to you removing posts and putting them in the backyard when the veer off subject? Or, is that only for people BOB disagrees with?

10:20, you are right, there is a lot of off topic here.

Actually I was saving the back yard for unruly posters.

I think a reminder like yours and this one is good for this type of situation.

Please folks stay on topic.

Or if you want something posted with your concerns email me or post an off topic post asking me to make a titled topic of it. Then I can make a title post and delete the off topic post. I hope this works for everyone.

I say this because many people don't trust even me with their emails and they have to have away to get a post to me through total anonymity.

Was he with the people that were in Nancy's garge, the day they planed to tear her lovely home down on 13 Jessimine Street?
If some body has picture of Magner
stealing, post them here.

Do all deer hunters get sex from dead dear?

Why?
On every post I read some body blames everything on the landlords.
Put the blame where it belongs, on Coleman and his city council.
Get out and vote in 2010 Susan Gaertner D F L for Governor.
2007 Dave Thune - when Coleman sings, Thune will sing a tune -
Give me that old time religion D F L it's good enough for me.
